Today, I addressed delegations attending the concluding session of the Ad Hoc Committee negotiating a draft UN cybercrime treaty on behalf of @accessnow.
Our message: the treaty text falls far short of what it needs to be. A bad cybercrime treaty is not better than no treaty.
