Roads are for desired destiny of the riders & other desirable road users like pedastrians, cyclists etc. whereas not all are reaching their destiny.
Change in drive habits with certain riders will bring whole crash-free.

Anyways, the #pothole now filled with soil. Though it'll give a temporary relief,but with gigantic loaded vehicles always in this road, there needed a permanent solution.

3. The RTO "Trade Certificate Cancellation" Checkmate
If the dealership still resists cancellation:
Pull out your phone, open your email, and say:
"Under Rule 35 and Rule 44 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules (CMVR), 1989, a dealer’s Trade Certificate can be suspended or revoked if they deliver fraudulent, non-conforming, or tampered vehicles.
I am dispatching an emergency petition to the Regional Transport Officer (RTO) and the automotive brand’s Regional Managing Director requesting an immediate audit of your Trade Certificate for registering damaged stock."
A suspended Trade Certificate shuts down the entire dealership—they cannot sell or register a single car for any customer.
Within 20 minutes, the dealer will find a way to cancel the invoice, absorb the road tax reversal, and allocate a pristine vehicle.
Buyer A took home a damaged lemon out of shame.
Buyer B got a brand-new car by knowing Section 41 of the Sale of Goods Act.
Save this. Never swipe the final payment or sign a delivery slip without a daytime PDI.
