Be careful if you live near the ULEZ zone & opt for @UberUK taxi to Heathrow. My driver wouldnt drive into the zone despite heavy traffic. I said I was in a hurry & happy to pay the £12. His response was if I didn’t like his route I could get out of his cab @UberUKsupport

Absolutely shocking behaviour from @emirates - they charged me twice for an upgrade at check-in at @HeathrowAirport. I told them at the time. @AmexUK told them at the time. I’ve emailed them twice… and ten days later still nothing!
