The next generation of web3 games won’t come from founders copying the same playbook that already failed a hundred times.
It will come from the ones willing to study every shutdown, every dead game, every broken loop, and actually learn from it.
Building games in 2026 is one of the best timing ever.
There is finally enough failure behind us to build with real data.
My view on MegaETH incentives:
Last week there were only around 7,000 addresses active in the ecosystem.
At a $1B FDV, 2.5% of supply still means roughly $25M in incentives.
And I heard that only 60% of those wallets only have ~100 points, the competition is even thinner than people think.
So the question is not “would you still farm below ICO.”
The real question is whether you understand how underfarmed this still is.
Got to discuss this today with some real MegaETH / NFT OGs, and I think two things matter a lot right now:
1. If you want to farm MegaETH and still come out in profit, don’t just burn money randomly hoping for a return. Test the apps, find where you actually have an edge, then size up.
2. MegaETH will need to find its main app over time, the one that really defines the ecosystem.
Polymarket -> Polygon.
Hyperliquid -> Arbitrum (deposit/withdraw).
App discovery is still early, and MegaETH Incentives still feels underfarmed to me.
