I think this thread is worth anyone collecting Mudwater Cards by BAYC to read. It doesn’t ruin anything but it does change it. Also the image on this tweet should clarify a lot of things that were discussed and confirmed by Spencer. Appreciate the open conversation
Replying to @itschicagoooo
Figge sent adam a case at Marfa from the company owned supply, this is normal tcg activity every company including ours with our vibes releases sens product to investors/advisors/team members/kols as part of a release. The accusation that we know where cards are in the boxes is completely baseless and false.

More sealed cases that were never sold being broke lol If you collect these cards just know it’s not a clean fair release by any means and Spencer for sure has a log of all case numbers with hits including the vault
Absolute chaos!

𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐑𝐓𝐅𝐊𝐓? The riddle still remains, however...we may have a clue. On the Oregon Secretary of State website, we see an Amendment to Annual Report/Info Statement that was updated January, 14th 2026 (post RTFKT sale). Within the statement labeled, Information Change, there is an electronic signature which was signed by Billy Levy whom is listed as an Authorized Person. What role does Billy play within the RTFKT organization? Too early to tell, but he does have signature authorization, which leads me to believe he has a significant role. This does not necessarily mean that Billy Levy purchased RTFKT. At this point this only means that Billy is the point of contact representing a business entity. Does he own the controlling stake in the entity? We do not know. Interesting that the document says "Foreign Business Corporation" under the TYPE section. 𝐀𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐤 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐲'𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬, 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐫𝐞: - Co-founded Virgin Gaming with Richard Branson, building an early e-sports platform for cash-prize console tournaments that hit over a million users. - Co-Founded Mettrum Health Corp., a licensed Canadian cannabis producer acquired by Canopy Growth for around 430 million Canadian dollars in 2016. -Co-founded Virgin Mega, a mobile commerce platform that Nike later acquired (interesting...) -Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at Rivalry Gaming from 2022-2023 -Co-founded SLANG worldwide, a cannabis CPG company; took it public on the Canadian Securities Exchange in 2019. -Named one of the High Times 100 Most Influencial People in Cannabis in 2019 alongside his SLANG co-founder. 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐤'𝐬 𝐬𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐩𝐬𝐢𝐬: Serial founder with multiple successful exits, strong track record spotting trends in gaming and cannabis, and partnerships with big names like Branson. He's proven he can build, scale, and cash out. 𝐁𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐦-𝐋𝐢𝐧𝐞: We still do not know exactly who bought RTFKT. We only know that January 13th, 2026 a non-Nike employee named Billy Levy, whom has signature authorization for whichever company did purchase RTFKT, signed an Information Change document filed with the Oregon Secretary of State. Based on Billy's successful career as a leader of successful start ups, it seems logical to deduce that he is a major player in the organization that purchased RTFKT. Though, we cannot say that with certainty. Is this good for RTFKT? Too early to tell. I can only give my opinion here, which I am free to change at any point, I think it's good. He is a successful entrepreneur with a proven track record, an avid gamer, and understands trends early. He has connections across the cryptospace (looks to be some ties to Berachain), and connections with major players. At the end of the day the roadmap, execution, and innovation are what matter. Where do the new leaders want to take RTFKT? How do they plan to get there? Are they going to foster a healthy relationship between the collectors and creators? Do they truly understand digital property rights and why gamers must have these rights? Do they understand that in NFTs, the floor is the score...if you're announcements aren't moving the floor upwards, it's not because the community doesn't get the vision...it's because the announcement was wack and the vision was blurry. Do they understand how to set a meta and lead? Once of the most important questions I have is do the new leaders understand how important Chris Le, Takashi Murakami, Zap, Sam C, Dreams, and Jampants are to the continuation of design language and feel of RTFKT? It was the creative collaboration of these geniuses that lead to the success of RTFKT. Will they incorporate this squad into the way forward, or are they going to hire a coverband to attempt to capture the magic? We shall see. Maybe you don't think the floor is the score, bring on the blurry vision you say. You don't think that an avid gamer with a successful business career can lead RTFKT to new heights, you love coverbands, and think gamers should not be able to own the items they earn in game...in that case... Go News Yourself! (Disclaimer: Remember, I didn't say Billy bought RTFKT, only that he signed an Information Change document related to RTFKT, post Nike sale.)

Idk who this guy is but I can promise he’s not buying RTFKT If you know me… you know I’ve never been wrong once in 4 years about RTFK including a year ago when the VC firm passed it around for liability with plans to keep it shelved Come find me for “I told you so” soon
I said it in 2022: RTFKT and CloneX would become the greatest Web3 brand. Now imagine what we could build if I owned @RTFKT

Interesting when no sealed cases have been made available but people have them. Regardless of where this one came from… You can see the flaws in the system
Coming home with papa! Thank you Marfa! It’s been a hell of a weekend! Adam thank you for an amazing weekend!

This marketplace is funny. All over priced high friction listings. Literally almost no sales. Then dumb apes with stuff like this… $5200 for a base foil card because someone made a weird sale to themselves $100 a pack 8 cards with a max value of $100k $24M in packs total
List your Mudwater on the P2P marketplace. 👀 boredapeyachtclub.com/p2p?ca…

How funny would it be if I actually opened a couple Mudwater packs and pulled the 1 of 1? And then burned the physical

Rays vs Brewers World Series & all I hear is about ticket prices. 2016 Cubs Playoffs - 17 games (all front row) - 14 flights - 11 wins Total spent on tickets, flights, etc ~$50,000 Can’t even do SRO this year for that

In 50 years people will look back at this decade and realize that gambling (sports, predicting markets, casinos, crypto, mystery boxes, card breaks, blind boxes/packs) etc and realize it did more negative to America than the crack epidemic

Not a bad way to watch the game for $100 considering the cheapest ticket to get in was over $1000 and cheapest ticket in this section was over $2750. Walk in finesse remains undefeated #BearDown

Highest regular season Chicago bears get in price in history and close to highest regular season get it by any team. Raiders vs Cowboys broke $1000 last time they played but this might be over $1000 get in by tonight

Brewers fans are mad about $2500 get in for the World Series while bears fans will see $1000 get in for a reg season game today in a stadium 65% bigger (which is about the same combined median price)

If anyone is interested in a hot box of Mudwater Yuga cards DM me. This box has been scanned and contains a 1 of 1 holo. I know most apes aren’t aware but in the card market CT scanners have been used to identify hits. After scanning 22 boxes I found a hot box $65,000 obo
