Honestly I see alot of people say they lose their friends when they lose weight because their friend just kept them around to make themselves feel better and honestly I feel so lucky that I'll never relate to that because my friends always saw me for me and not my size.

there is something so sweet and wholesome about a friend who makes it apparent that they want to make time for you. even with their busy schedule. they communicate and follow through consistently. makes me feel valued. makes it easy to believe them when they say they love me.
