i helped @alexlandings blow up his twitter: - $300,000 collected - 3M views generated - $1,000,000 in pipeline we did this 100% organically with a banger twitter content funnel a technical post on exactly what we did (steal this):

The best leads you'll ever get on X are the people already engaging w/ you Here's the simple version of how I'd turn them into conversations: 1. Post something specific to one problem your buyer has 2. Reply to every person who engages within a couple of hours 3. DM the ones who look like buyers. No pitch, just something useful related to the post 4. A day later, ask one question about their situation 5. If they answer, you're now in a real conversation w/ someone who raised their hand Once you do this a few times, cold outreach starts feeling like way harder work for worse results They're the same kind of people you'd cold DM anyway. These ones just showed up first

Easiest views on X right now: When a big AI model drops, post a real use case for your specific buyer within a few hours Everyone's already paying attention and looking for how to use it This was from three posts:

If I was starting a company's X content from scratch I'd turn their whole sales process into posts Think about everything someone needs to believe before they'll pay you: 1. That the problem is real Show what happens to businesses that ignore it. Real numbers if you have them 2. That your way works Explain how you actually do it and why you make the decisions you make. Give away enough that people understand why you get results 3. That you've done it before Client results. Where they started, what was broken, what you changed and what happened 4. That they should trust you specifically What you're learning running the company. Mistakes, experiments, opinions. Nobody can copy what happened inside your business last week 5. That their objections are handled Go through your last 50 sales calls and write down every objection. Each one is a post 6. That they know what happens after they pay Walk through your onboarding and what the first few weeks look like. A lot of hesitation on calls is just people not knowing what comes next Post through all of this for a few months and your calls start feeling like formalities

Ranking EVERY type of X post from best to worst: Top: - Shortform giveaways with RT CTA - Loom or video breakdowns with a crazy hook - Tutorial longform content tied to primal desires Great: - Stories from running a business w/ a lesson in them - Breakdowns of what big companies are doing - Reacting to news in your industry - Selfies (works best w big follower counts) Fine: - Engagement bait - General how-to posts - Memes about your niche - Travel content (same with selfies) Skip: - Motivational quotes - "5 tips" posts anyone could've written - Threads summarizing a book (twitter moved on from this months ago) Never: - Posts that are obviously ChatGPT - One liners What would you add or remove?

Most companies put all their content on the CEO's account and leave everyone else on the team silent If 5 people at your company know different things, that's 5 different audiences you could be reaching This is how I'd set it up: 1. Give each person a buyer CEO -> founders and execs Head of sales -> growth teams Customer success -> the people actually using the product 2. Let each person own 2-3 topics Your head of tech posting sales tips b/c they get likes doesn't help anyone. Their posts should come from what they deal with every week. Decisions they made, problems they're fixing, what customers ask them 3. Keep one shared pool of ideas Sales calls, customer chats, team meetings and company numbers all go into one place. Then each idea goes to whoever has the most credibility to talk about it 4. Take one idea and give it to a few people The CEO talks about why it matters for the business. Sales talks about what it does to the pipeline. Tech explains how it works. Same idea, completely different posts 5. Have the accounts back each other up When one person posts, the others jump into the replies w/ their own take. Over time all those audiences start overlapping around the company 6. Judge it as a team Don't get stuck on who has the most followers. Look at how many of your buyers the whole team is reaching together We run 12 accounts at one company right now and this is basically the setup

Bangladeshi scammer decided to send me an email 😂 .@finnbuilt You are a 20 something year old scammer trying to hop on an AI trend from a 3rd world country. Stop trying to impersonate Marc Lou and lie to people with your shitty AI persona and tweets. Delete your account.
This bangladeshi guy got 1k followers in 5 days by lying to his audience It's legit never been this easy on tech twitter All he did was: - Make up a face - Come up with a BS story - Lie to people about what you're building - Use AI images and tweets to make all of it look real You'd be surprised how often this happens in bigger niches, with tens of thousands of followers...

800 followers in 5 days. Honestly, I didn't expect this much support so quickly. Thank you to everyone who's following, replying, and connecting with me. ❤️

Before anyone spends money on Twitter i'd want to know if their offer has ever sold without it Ads, outbound, referrals, doesn't matter. If it's sold before, Twitter can make it sell faster. If it's never sold, posting about it isn't going to change that We turn people down over this pretty often

for one client i flew out to New York before we started writing for him he runs an 8-figure ecom brand and wanted his actual knowledge in every post and you can't really get that from a zoom call. so i spent time w/ him in person and asked a ton of questions 6 weeks after we started posting he had a new consulting offer doing $35k/mo this is how real marketing is

A lot of people don't know this but i used to be a designer Shoutout jack butcher I love making designs But on twitter, raw screenshots do way better than sexy visuals I think it's b/c everyone has spent their whole life learning to ignore ads, and a clean graphic looks like an ad. A messy screenshot w/ the browser tabs still showing looks like proof We tell every client to just screenshot the thing and post it No need to make it pretty

if you dm me asking to do a rev share deal, it's 99% going to be a no. even if it was some crazy shit, my team would never allow me we only do rev share when 3 things are true: 1. we already know the person or have worked w/ them for a while 2. the offer already makes money on its own. Twitter just amplifies it 3. we have proper tracking set up so we can see exactly where every dollar came from. Trakyo, Callix, or my assistant going through the finances directly if any of those are missing, we'll do it on a regular project basis fee
earlier this year we took a stake in one of our clients' offers and ran the account ourselves it's done $300k so far i want to do a lot more deals like this

Company accounts are pretty much useless on Twitter unless you're a huge brand Nobody wants to follow a logo #1 method is to get crazy virality to personal accounts and funnel it to the company
