Wife: We should roleplay.
Me: Ok. I’ll be Samuel L. Jackson.
Wife: What?
Me: SAY WHAT AGAIN!
I DARE YOU, I DOUBLE DARE YOU MOTHERFUCKER!

1/ For a while now I've been running my own autonomous hacking setup for bug bounty: lots of AI agents working together. Here's what I've learned. 🧵

Launching @polemos_inc (YC F26) today.
Precision strike was built for a different era: expensive, slow to produce and fielded in small numbers. Polemos is building it for the war that’s actually coming, with networked launch systems that strike in mass and AI guidance carrying every round through the terminal phase. It’s all designed to be mass-produced from day one, to protect us from the warfare of tomorrow.
Precision, at scale.
Shoutout to @zeroonecreative for the video

When researchers analyzed how Pegasus spyware infected iPhones without the user tapping anything, they found something wild. The attackers sent an iMessage with a fake GIF that targeted Apple's image decompression engine. The decompression math was so flexible that the exploit chained arithmetic operations together to construct a literal, functioning software CPU using over 70,000 segment commands that defined logical bit operations (AND, OR, XOR, XNOR, etc.) entirely inside the image parser. This created a small computer architecture with registers, a full 64-bit adder, and a comparator, running raw code before the phone even buzzed with a notification
oh-my-hermes now plans big jobs as a graph.
Give Hermes one goal. dag-ulw breaks it into small nodes, runs every ready node in parallel, and doesn't stop until the goal is actually verified.
→ writes the finish line first: a real check that can fail, like pytest -q exit 0
→ gives every node its own context and its own write scope, so parallel nodes never touch the same file
→ dispatches ready nodes through Hermes' own subagents, layer by layer
→ accepts a node only after reading its handoff file. "done" is a claim, not proof
→ a failed node gets a repair node, and only the nodes downstream of it wait
→ a separate verify node runs the real suite at the end, never the node that built the work
→ anything irreversible, like a schema migration, stops and waits for your approve or send back
You watch the whole graph live in the OMH TUI. The run ends verified, or it tells you exactly what's still open.
oh-my-hermes is free and open source.

Meet Oh-My-Hermes
I burned 200B tokens tuning my Hermes Agent setup, and now you can get all of it with a one-line install.
It comes with 150+ skills, a long-term memory system that lasts twice as long, graph engineering, and memory-management skills. It also includes subagent routing across model chains, plus optimizations like parallel tool calling and evals.
You don't need to do much, though. Just install it and give it a task. Everything is optimized to route automatically. Hermes Agent is excellent, and I love this technology.
I put a lot into making it really good, then open-sourced it so you can enjoy it right away. Meet oh-my-hermes.
