🚨Big News 🚨 Biden's Dept. of Ed just withdrew a proposed regulation that would have explicitly required boys be allowed in girls' sports. However, this leaves a previous Ed rule untouched which adopted broad gender identity mandates that cover sports, showers, overnight trips, and dorm rooms as educational programs or activities.
So why did they withdraw it? They likely feared Congress would undo the rule under the Congressional Review Act if finalized and also wanted to deprive Pres. Trump of the chance to finalize the rule on his own terms if left open. This means the Trump admin will have to go through the full rulemaking process to get school sports back to a biological basis. Or Congress can just pass the Defining Sex Act.

Why I’m Bullish $LOFI to become one of $SUI’s main memecoins
After speaking to @RaoulGMI and @EmanAbio on my podcast earlier this year, I think $SUI has a good chance of being the next $SOL and went heavy into SUI around $1.80 in October.
When I bet on L1 tokens I like to have 1-2 beta plays, usually either an NFT collection or memecoin.
And I think $LOFI (@lofitheyeti) is the most promising memecoin for the @SuiNetwork currently.
They’ve got the support of SUI team members, and have a global charity initiative focused around water.
I regularly go to Cambodia from Singapore and donate to schools and villages there to help improve their infrastructure and education with @MMPowerFdn. So to help with a cause like this through supporting $LOFI is a no-brainer for me.
I’ve also spoken with @eyezenhour, the doxxed dev of $LOFI. I really like how critical he is about the crypto space, his long-term focus and his experience running a Web2 business for 10 years.
Risky bet but let’s see how $LOFI performs going into the rest of the bull market.
