might be the best time in history to learn cybersecurity.
October has been an absolute nightmare for software
> Railway - customer secrets exposure
> LiteLLM - malicious PyPI + Docker releases
> Zeabur - infrastructure breached
> OpenCode - AI API keys exposed
> OVHcloud CLI - official binaries backdoored
> Rank Math PRO - malware in official plugin
> TeamUpdraft - customer data compromised
> ConnectWise - cloud backup identities compromised
> Tensorlake - npm package infected
> SubQuery - backdoored npm package
> GhostAction - GitHub repos with malicious workflows
> PHP - critical RCE vulnerabilities
> Node.js - security vulnerabilities patched
> eMudhra - certificate authority keys compromised
> Tailscale - eMudhra incident
At this point, the biggest security risk might not be the code we write, but the code we trust...

October 28 could be interesting
iPhone 17 getting updates until around 2032 is kinda crazy. 😭
Imagine still using the same phone 7 years later and getting the latest iOS.

I have met so many cracked people on X. Therefore, let’s bring them together, share ideas and cut through the noise.
Pull up gang.

i’ve always believed that environment matters more than people realize. talent is everywhere, but the institutions, incentives and opportunities around you determine how far that talent can go. as someone who loves technology, i want to live somewhere that rewards curiosity, competence and creation. the economic incentives for a technologist in usa, for example, can be in a completely different league. i believe in meritocracy, where what you build matters more than who you are or where you come from.
i’ve never been particularly interested in politics. i care about technology, personal growth and the progress of humanity. but a video of a recent protest genuinely disturbed me. seeing students being treated like criminals was difficult to watch. i don’t know the complete story and i’m not going to pretend i do, but it made me think about the kind of environment we are creating for the next generation. a country cannot reach its potential if its young people have to fight so hard for basic opportunities while corruption, social divisions and outdated thinking continue to hold progress back.
i want a better life, better opportunities, and the freedom to build things that matter. if that means moving somewhere else, so be it. if it means contributing to change here, that deserves respect too. i don’t care who holds power as long as the institutions work, the system is fair, and people have a genuine chance to succeed. i just want to see the world move forward.
one thing i’ve learned is that idealism alone cannot protect you. build your skills, create value and make as much money as you reasonably can. financial independence gives you and your family options when life gets difficult.
The entire NVIDIA team right now:
Today we are announcing our biggest bet yet on our own silicon.
Starting next calendar year, we will scale our Maia family to multi-gigawatt deployments, making it the primary inference system for our own product and services.
And we’re introducing Maia 300, which delivers 40% more tokens per watt compared to leading GPU-based systems.
We are already deploying Maia 200 across the US, Europe, and Australia, delivering up to 1.7x more tokens per watt across experiences in Teams and Copilot.
Our goal is to build on the full-stack efficiency gains we’ve already seen, while continuing to bring the latest innovations from across the ecosystem into our fleet.

Conspiracy theory I absolutely believe but cannot prove:
AI companies intentionally make their free models worse the moment you start relying on them.
if you want to improve your communication skills then do this
> record yourself
> watch and identify mistakes
> write them down
> fix one thing each week
