Positive-sum games aren’t just a quirk of nature—they’re an evolutionary advantage.
In nature, cooperation evolves when it helps organisms survive and reproduce. Mycorrhizal fungi trade nutrients with plants. Wolves hunt in packs. Even cells formed multicellular life because working together wins.
Markets evolve the same way. Cooperation creates competitive advantage. Trade, specialization and capital allocation are positive sum and make economies more efficient, just as symbiosis makes ecosystems more resilient. Over time, positive-sum strategies outcompete zero-sum extraction.
Ethereum accelerates this evolution.
Onchain coordination protocols enable market-driven public goods funding, modular DAOs, and incentive structures that reward collective success while respecting individual rights.
For me this is what makes the Regen space so interesting—designing and scaling positive-sum economies that are designed to regenerate value more than they extract it.
Nature, markets, and blockchains all select for cooperation. That’s why Regen Web3 isn’t just possible—it’s inevitable.
