Crafting a diverse lineup can be seen as "the right thing to do" but often viewed as compromising ticket sales. But just think about it - the more diverse the speakers, the wider and more varied audience you'll attract. Win-win!

Seriously, the amount of audience intelligence in the tool is insane. Rand did a live demo and immediately found speaker to reach out to for a number of niches - including pottery 🏺
