A British drone company backed by MoD funding is now owned by a US defence group whose defence arm is led by former Mossad chief David Barnea. That same group is developing attack drones for Israel. My investigation for @BylineTimes: bylinetimes.com/2026/10/26/m…

Jared Kushner received $2 billion from Saudi Arabia & the UAE to carry out political favors and was encouraged to keep the money in Israel’s central bank. This is the biggest corruption scandal in political history. Kushner has managed to outcrime Trump!

This is Labour Politician Lord Tom Watson being paid to be a salesman for Palantir, a highly controversial tech company that has Government contracts. This is a sign of a democracy in decline.
Nobody wants to buy a service they can’t walk away from. Palantir’s critics have long claimed we ‘lock in’ our customers. We don’t. This short film explains why. It’s the first in a series on the gap between the rhetoric about Palantir and the work we actually do.

Today Israeli authorities barred me and other European elected representatives from entering the West Bank to meet Palestinian students and civil society leaders, as part of a @ProgIntl delegation. We knew that by crossing into the occupied Palestinian territories, we risked being detained, interrogated and turned away by Israeli authorities. And that, alas, is exactly what happened. For more than eight hours, we were held, interrogated and made to feel as though we had done something wrong simply by attempting to enter. The simple truth is we had done nothing wrong. We went to show our support for the Palestinian people and highlight the terrible injustice and violence being perpetrated against them. We want to ensure that people back home do not look away from the reality of what is happening. Ultimately, we went to show solidarity. But we left with an even greater determination to speak out. We will not be silenced, and we will not look away. None of us should.

My recent interview on Politics Joe, explaining how the US, UK & EU could stop the killing in Gaza within a couple of weeks. By stopping arms supplies to Israel. By not doing so they are complicit in the slaughter

We all know about Man City, but how much of UK does the UAE really own? I investigated for @MiddleEastEye. Tracing Emirati-linked holdings in the UK took me from the glitz of Mayfair’s Berkeley Square to the pub and back, via the high street pound shop. Thread below 1/

Detailed and acute review of Making A Killing, the new book from my SWI colleagues (with a little help from me). Very excited this will be out in November, and that people will get to hear from a new generation of incredible investigators: Ruth Rohde and Jack Cinamon.
In Making a Killing, the authors argue that “the arms trade is the backbone of state power under US hegemony", with Israel and Saudi Arabia representing two “strategic poles” of maintaining US power in the Middle East 📚 Book review by Fleur Hargreaves mee.s.gy/j1ylex

@TransitionSec new report by @KhemRogaly and @cashmank_ challenges the case for higher UK military spending, exposing billions wasted on overseas operations and procurement failures. Before demanding more, shouldn’t the government explain where the money already spent has gone?
NEW: Keir Starmer declared last year that the “peace dividend” was over, promoting the myth that Britain’s military spending has declined since the end of the Cold War.   Our latest report shows this simply isn’t true. 🧵
