A med student asked me today:
βIf HIV is transmitted through sex, how did the very first human get infected? Who gave HIV to the first person if nobody had it before?β
Brilliant question. Let me explain itβ

STOP WASTING HOURS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT TO LEARN IN AI. π
AI is moving fast, and there are countless tools, tutorials, courses, and resources available online.
But the biggest problem is knowing where to start and what to learn next.
Thatβs why having a clear roadmap matters.
Hereβs a collection of practical resources to help you learn AI step by step, understand how modern AI systems work, and start building real-world projects.
π₯ VIDEOS
Learn the fundamentals of LLMs, explore agentic AI, understand how AI agents work, and discover how to build and evaluate your own agents.
π» GITHUB REPOSITORIES
Explore open-source AI projects, study real code, practice prompt engineering, and learn how developers build AI-powered applications.
π GUIDES
Read practical guides from Google, Anthropic, and OpenAI to understand AI agents, agentic coding, and the best ways to build useful AI systems.
π BOOKS
Build a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, AI engineering, and AI agent development.
π¬ RESEARCH PAPERS
Explore important research behind modern AI, including ReAct, Generative Agents, Toolformer, and Chain-of-Thought prompting.
π COURSES
Learn about AI agents, MCP, vector databases, embeddings, and agent memory through structured courses and hands-on learning.
Hereβs how to make the most of these resources:
β
Start with the basics of machine learning and LLMs.
β
Learn prompt engineering and understand how language models work.
β
Explore AI agents and how they use tools to complete tasks.
β
Practice with GitHub repositories and real-world examples.
β
Learn about MCP, APIs, embeddings, and vector databases.
β
Build small AI projects and gradually increase their complexity.
β
Read research papers to understand new ideas and techniques.
β
Keep experimenting, testing, and improving your projects.
Remember, you donβt need to learn everything in one day. Choose one topic, focus on understanding it, and apply what you learn through practical projects.
The goal isnβt just to consume information. Itβs to turn that knowledge into real skills.
No endless searching.
No unnecessary information overload.
No jumping between random tutorials.
Just a practical collection of resources to help you learn, experiment, and build with AI. π
Save this roadmap so you can come back to it whenever you need guidance.

So, Nobody gave HIV to the first human. A hunter got infected by a monkeyβs blood during a hunt.
It was a brutal, biological accident. A single spillover event that, decades later, became a global pandemic.

My Airbnb host canceled four hours before check-in. Twenty minutes later, he relisted the same apartment for double the price.
The email arrived at 2:10 p.m. "Due to a plumbing issue, we must cancel your reservation."
Check-in was at 6 p.m.
I'd booked three months earlier: $160 a night for five nights in Miami, Florida.
I opened the listing in a private window. Same apartment. Same dates. $320 a night. Instant booking was already back on.
I contacted Airbnb support and sent screenshots with timestamps. The agent replied, "Cancellations for maintenance issues are protected under host policy. The host has the right to cancel."
I wrote back, "Since when does fixing a pipe double the price?"
They repeated the same answer.
With my suitcase packed and nowhere to sleep, I booked a hotel for $340 a night. Five nights would cost me $1,700.
Then I posted a short warning in a Miami travel group. No names, no accusations, just the timeline and advice to check a listing's calendar after any cancellation.
By the next morning, a stranger had messaged me...
