I went back through the CYPH/ZEC price data from May–September 2026 to examine sessions when CYPH gained more than 2% while $ZEC was flat or weaker (+1% or less). 10 qualifying signals. Here's how CYPH performed afterward: • 3 trading days: +11.5% average • 5 trading days: +19.8% average • 10 trading days: +17.7% average 7 of the 10 signals were positive after five trading days. Notably, August 18 saw CYPH gain 14.2% while ZEC fell 1.1%. CYPH then advanced another 103.7% over the following five trading sessions. Now, important context: small sample, overlapping signals, and August's explosive rally skewed the averages higher. This isn't a guaranteed leading indicator. But it does support something I've been investigating in my three-factor framework: CYPH can develop independent momentum before, or without, immediate confirmation from ZEC. Short covering? Accumulation? Anticipatory positioning? Still questions worth investigating. Today's relative strength has my attention. Onward!

Watching $3.00 reclaim → $3.33–$3.50 resistance. CYPH is consolidating while implied volatility compresses and its longer-term trend remains intact. The setup is developing. The breakout still needs confirmation.
