I've been working on a PDF refutation of a Khariji telegram channel called "Truth Remains". I handpicked 18 doubts from this channel which I answer in detail. This channel gets frequently cited by many Khawarij as some sort of primary reference to return back to, and none of these people have bothered to critically analyze what’s being promoted in this channel and whether it aligns with the truth or not. This channel is filled with countless blunders. anyone can download it from the link below, بارك الله فيكم. tr.ee/zaoW4FaMA0

Dawla preacher Abdullah al-Faisal al-Khariji: - Ibn 'Abbas is known for making mistakes - Ibn 'Abbas "kufr duna kufr" tafsir is mistaken - We should leave Ibn 'Abbas tafsir of 5:44 and stick to Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn Kathir's fatawa - I hate Salafis for using the tafsir of Ibn 'Abbas to prove that not ruling by the Shari'a is minor kufr

also Al-Ghunayman: — Seeking judgement to other than the Shari'a is minor disbelief — Legislating man-made laws is minor disbelief
Shaykh al-Ghunaymān was asked: Q: Our Shaykh, Someone said, that regarding ruling by man-made laws, the scholars are in agreement that one who rules by man-made laws is not takfired unless he deems it permissible (meaning istiḥlāl), alters the law or rejects the ruling of Allah. Is this, may Allah preserve you, Shaykh, correct? A: It is not correct. This is the speech of the Murjiʾah.

Alhamdulilah our beloved brother Sh Abu Idriss just gave dawah to a Christian after Zhohr who then accepted Islam. The man named Junior said he felt lost in need of purity and brotherhood. He only found the Muslims that filled that void. He said Christianity was empty so le left

ʿAbd Allāh al-Saʿd هداه الله misrepresents Ibn Mas'ud رضي الله عنه on the issue of taking bribes in judgement ʿAbd Allāh al-Saʿd says (see video): "Ibn Mas‘ūd, when he was asked about bribery in judgment, said: 'That is al-kufr.' Then he defined kufr, saying: 'That is kufr—meaning, it is major kufr." Let's see how Ahl al-Sunnah understood the athar of Ibn Mas'ud Ibn Baṭṭah رحمه الله in al-Ibanah (1/453) places that same athār of Ibn Mas'ud under the chapter titled: “Mention of the sins that lead their doer to kufr — but not the kind that exits one from the religion.” S͟hayk͟h al-Islam ʾIbn Taymīyah رحمه الله states in As-Siyāsah ash-Sharʿiyyah fī Iṣlāḥ ar-Rāʿī wa ar-Raʿīyah, p.148: "As for sins that do not have a fixed prescribed punishment (ḥadd) nor a prescribed expiation, such as taking a bribe in judgment, or ruling by other than what Allāh سبحانه وتعالى has revealed."
ʿAbd Allāh al-Saʿd (video): ❌"Ruling by man-made laws is clear and open disbelief (Kufr bawāḥ)" Ibn Baṭṭah رحمه الله states: "Mention of the sins that lead their perpetrator to a disbelief that does not expel him from the religion. Firstly: Indeed, among sins and acts of disobedience are those whose doer is described with disbelief or Shirk. And among these sins: ruling by other than what Allah has revealed, and bribery in general and in judgement in particular." - [Al-Ibānah al-Kubrā 1/124]

Ibn Mas‘ūd said: 'If Ibn ‘Abbās had reached our age, not a single man among us could have kept up with him.' And he used to say: 'What an excellent interpreter of the Quran Ibn ‘Abbās is!' Fath al-Bari (7/126)

Every single doubt hurled at Imam Rabi' ibn Hadi 'Umayr al-Madkhali رحمه الله تعالى that he insulted the Sahaba and whatever has already been thoroughly refuted by brother Adnan al-Athari in this PDF. The Khawarij are only trying to do some damage control by counter-attacking against our Imam now that their Da'wah has almost gone extinct due to efforts of the brothers in this field. That level of desperation is only a sign of how weak they've become. You can download it from the brother's linkrtree below tr.ee/WdNxJraPWi

The Last Position of Ibn al-ʿUthaymīn On the One Who Claims to be Muslim while ignorantly doing Shirk On 14 Shaʿbān 1420AH (November 22, 1999), approximately 14 months before his death, Shaykh Muḥammad ibn Ṣāliḥ al-ʿUthaymīn was asked: "If a man is among the grave-worshippers—prostrating to graves, circumambulating around them, slaughtering for shrines, and considering these matters to be part of Islam, knowing that the da‘wah of Islam has not reached him, and he does not know the meaning of Tawḥīd nor the statement of Tawḥīd, what is the ruling concerning him? Do we consider him among the Muslims, or among the polytheists? To which he answered: "We ask: Has the da‘wah reached him in a correct manner, or not? If the call has not reached him in a correct manner, and he attributes himself to Islam, then he is outwardly a Muslim. As for the Hereafter, his affair rests with Allah. However, if the call had reached him, but he said: "Indeed, he found his forefathers upon this," then this person is a disbeliever. Because he is like those regarding whom Allah said: {Rather, they say: "Indeed, we found our forefathers upon a religion, and we are guided by their footsteps"} [Az-Zukhruf: 22]." al-Shahrastānī (d.548H) said: "Whoever rebels against the rightful leader upon whom the community (Jamā‘ah) has agreed is called a Khārijī, whether the rebellion occurred during the days of the Companions against the rightly guided caliphs, or after them against those who followed them in righteousness, and against the leaders in every era." 📚 Al-Milal wa-l-Niḥal (p.132)

backbiting the scholars and the rulers is more evil than backbiting the regular people Imam Ibn al-ʿUthaymīn رحمه الله تعالى states: "The bottom line is that backbiting (ghībah) is prohibited and is among the major sins, especially if the backbiting is directed at those in authority, whether rulers or scholars. For indeed, backbiting these individuals is far graver than backbiting other people; because backbiting scholars diminishes the esteem of the knowledge in their chests and that which they teach to the people, so the people will not accept the knowledge they impart, which is a detriment to the religion. And backbiting the rulers diminishes the people's respect and reverence for them, so they rebel against them; and if the people rebel against the rulers, then do not ask about the resulting chaos." Both S͟hayk͟h Ibn ʿUthaymīn and S͟hayk͟h Ibn Bāz agreed with S͟hayk͟h al-Albani that there is no difference between the one who rules by a man-made law, and the one who institutes this law or places this man-made law to rule by in his country. Ibn al-ʿUthaymīn comments in al-Albani's book, Kitāb Fitnat al-Takfīr stating the following: "Accordingly, by our interpretation of this verse as mentioned, we rule that ruling by other than what Allāh has revealed is not disbelief that expels one from the fold of Islam, but it is practical disbelief, because the ruler by that has gone out of the correct path. There is no distinction in that between the man who takes a man-made law from others and applies it in his country, and the one who originates a law and sets this man-made law."

640 Refutation of the one who claims that the Imām and Scholar of Hadith, Rabīʿ ibn Hādī ʿUmayr al-Madkhalī, was affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood The Eminent Scholar, Prof. Dr. Rabīʿ ibn Hādī—may Allah have mercy on him—stated: "I assure you and those like you among the lackeys of the [Muslim] Brotherhood that I have never, at any single day, been an Ikhwānī at all. Rather, I was opposed to the political methods they manifested, and I used to advise them earnestly and call them to the methodology of the Salaf. They would rarely ever disclose some of their methods in my presence, out of fear of my critique of them and my assault against what they exhibited of their methodology. Nor did I ever call to anything from their methodology; rather, I used to combat it and its likes in my lessons, and I have no call whatsoever except to the Salafi methodology." — ʿUmdat al-Abiyy fī Radd Taʾṣīlāt wa-Ḍalālāt ʿAlī al-Ḥalabī, p. 640.

هل يجوز لدولة مسلمة أن تتعاون مع دولة غير مسلمة لدفع ضرر الخوارج؟ Is it permissible for a Muslim state to cooperate with a non-Muslim state to repel the harm of the Kharijites? The Former Mufti of Jazan region in Saudi Arabia, S͟hayk͟h Aḥmad ibn Yaḥyá al-Najmī رحمه الله تعالى said: "Assisting the polytheists and aiding them against the Muslims out of admiration for them and their religion, out of love for them and their religion, out of preferring them to the Muslims, and out of preferring their religion to the religion of Islam: this is what constitutes disbelief. As for cooperating with the disbelievers regarding that which Islam forbids—meaning: to push it [Islam] away, invalidate it, or wage war against its people, such as that which is called 'terrorism,' which is the religion of the Kharijites who declare Muslims to be disbelievers and kill them, and who carry out acts of sabotage that terrorize the people; whether they [the victims] are Muslims or disbelievers—likewise, cooperating with them [the disbelievers] in this, or seeking their assistance in what is mubāḥ (permitted), then that is permissible."
