I was on @AmericanAir 2920 and the flight attendants made the flight so special for two little ones, who were on their first flight with their grandparents. I know travel can sometimes feel hectic and routine, but it’s moments like this that remind me of the magic in everyday kindness. A small gesture, a little extra attention , it goes a long way.
