With Michael Locksley’s firing, Maryland football’s commits have tough decisions to make.
Keep track of who has reaffirmed commitments and who’s stepping back from the program at the Diamondback’s recruiting tracker:

Jim Smith will speak to the media on Tuesday, per release, introducing Maryland interim-coach Aazaar Abdul-Rahim.
Media will also be able to watch and film practice for 30 minutes, which is exciting. We haven’t been given that level of access before during this season.
Big 124-120 road win for the Wizards over the Bulls tonight. Trae Young goes for 25 points, while Kyshawn George adds 22 and Anthony Davis notches 19.
Justin Champagnie continues to look like a real asset off the bench. Eleven points and 14 rebounds for the forward.

The Wizards had 20 turnovers tonight. They had 20+ in a game 13 times last season.
All were losses. Early in the season, but an area Washington must clean up to find success.
Justin Champagnie emphasized that he felt physicality was the difference in Wizards-Raptors:
"We should have came into the game a little bit more physical, kind of matched the energy from the jump. But
it's still a learning curve for us. We're still trying to figure it out."
Wizards lose to the Raptors, 112-102. Twenty-three turnovers hampered Washington’s rally effort, including 8 by Kyshawn George.
Anthony Davis had just nine points after his 34-point season opener.
The Wizards have made this a tight game in the third quarter. But rebounding has been an issue - Raptors currently outrebounding Washington 8-1 on the glass in the frame.
Trae Young left Raptors forward Jamison Battle on the floor with a vicious crossover move. But he missed the ensuing 3-pointer.
Still, Young is up to a team-high 8 points, including two threes. Wizards trail 42-34 midway through the second quarter after once being behind 17.
Wizards down 22-11 early to the Raptors. Just 2 points in the paint for Washington so far despite its size advantage in this one.
Not an encouraging start in a game Brian Keefe called "a great test."
A look at the Wizards crowd on a Friday night after Anthony Davis said Wednesday “I’d like it to be a little more packed in there.”
Thoughts on the turnout at Capital One Arena?

The forward had a team-best +17 plus-minus Wednesday in 20 minutes. “Justin can play in any lineup,” coach Brian Keefe said today.
Maryland's coaching staff featured four role shifts, per team website:
Zac Spavital is now defensive coordinator
James Thomas is now co-defensive coordinator
Will Likely is now cornerbacks coach
David Brownlee is now outside linebackers coach
Zac Spavital becomes Maryland’s defensive coordinator after previously working as inside linebackers coach. @JTalty first reported. Now updated on the team’s website.
Spavital will look to revive a defense that’s allowed 35+ points in five straight games.

From ESPN's @CFBHeather, Michael Lockelsy isn't expecting to be a head coach again. He doesn't want that labor and is reportedly at peace with the change.
