it gets weirder.....When I logged into my account using their console ("studio") I get pricing tiers of free, creator (31.20/month), unlimited (79.20/month). This is where I upgraded to creator....

These use cases involve transcribing a caller’s response to a question that the bot just asked. Would it not improve your results if your API allowed me to provide, as context, the question the caller is currently responding to? That should help you shape a better transcript.
