I'm thrilled to share some wonderful news. My wife, Yang Qu, has been selected as a Microsoft MVP in China! I myself have been active as a Microsoft MVP in the Windows Development field for the second year in Korea. Although we're in different regions, I'm overjoyed that we can now work together in the same field. Many people have provided help and encouragement throughout my wife's journey to becoming an MVP. I'd like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to everyone involved. Also, we'll soon be releasing my wife's seventh WPF tutorial video and the Uno-Platform League of Legends repository. We look forward to your interest and support! #MVPBuzz #MVP #WPF #China #Korea @MVPAward @msdev @Microsoft

How easily can a WPF-based developer work with Uno Platform, one of the leading desktop cross-platform frameworks? As a developer who has long loved WPF and dreamed of seeing its look and feel on Mac and Linux, I've finally taken the plunge into cross-platform development after putting it off for so long. This year, I've been selected as a Microsoft MVP in Windows Development for the second time, and I've set my goal to contribute to cross-platform development. As part of this, we're rebuilding our League of Legends client, which we originally created with WPF, using the Uno Platform. We plan to open-source the Leagueoflegends-uno repository next week. We've completed CustomControl-based customization for most major controls, which we expect will greatly assist in transitioning from WPF-based technology to Desktop Cross-Platform development. This should significantly reduce the challenges WPF developers might face when moving to the Uno Platform. It's truly amazing how WPF-based technology has evolved to work across various platforms, from the early days of .NET Framework through Mono, Xamarin, .NET Core, to today's cross-platform capabilities. I have immense respect for everyone who has contributed to this journey! Please look forward to our soon-to-be-released repository! #leagueoflegendsuno #wpf #dotnet #crossplatform @UnoPlatform

The 6th video in the WPF tutorial series has been released! This video, running slightly over an hour, delves deep into the WPF TreeView control. It covers advanced topics such as the recursive design of ItemsControl based on CustomControl and the implementation of Cupertino style in detail. The tutorial is provided with English audio and Korean subtitles, making it accessible to developers both in Korea and internationally. As this video concludes the current series, the next series is expected to transition to cross-platform desktop development. The expansion from WPF to cross-platform has been a long-anticipated topic. Related resources: YouTube: youtu.be/3mlJZrBSkJE GitHub: github.com/vickyqu115/cupert… Detailed article: jamesnet.dev/article/112 I would appreciate it if you could share this with anyone interested in learning WPF. #Vickyqu115 #WPF #CustomControl #ItemsControl #WindowsDevelopment #Jamesnet #Cupertino
