What Marc Rardin told a showcase full of players the week before our interview, in its entirety: you have got to lift. The weight room, other than the classroom, is the most important room. It is not the bullpen. It is not the cage. A three-time national champion, given one message to deliver, chose the classroom and the weight room. Neither one charges admission on a Sunday.

Year 2 with Wartburg Baseball and the buy-in from this program has been incredible.
In just the last year:
🧪 4,100 ArmCare exams completed
🔥 111 team average ArmScore
💪 841 lbs of total arm strength gained
📈 +35 lbs average strength gain
4,100 exams in one year is serious commitment. Huge credit to pitching coach Kyle Dupic (@kyledupic) and the Wartburg staff for building ArmCare into their program.
Excited to have the Knights back for another season!

Great story featuring the @wsrgbb senior.
Waverly-Shell Rock girls basketball is off to state.
The Go-Hawks credit one of their seniors for helping get there.

Congratulations to longtime Wartburg Baseball Coach Joel Holst on earning his 1000th win last night! Well done, Coach!
Beaming with pride today, thank you @WartburgFB @WartburgKnights for taking this crew on a fun ride down the stretch this fall, these three have so many great memories/stories made, they were crushed to see it end, but LOVED it all. Proud to be a Wartburg Knight! Thank you!
