Today, I joined colleagues from the Georgia Automobile Dealers Association and presented to the House Committee on Small Business Development. Franchise dealerships in Georgia are small business that contribute greatly to the local economies and communities where they operate. The average franchise dealership in Georgia employs 71 Georgians and pays over $90,000 in annual compensation per employee (including commissions)! These are great jobs located throughout Georgia. I am proud to be a past Chairman of GADA’s Board of Directors and committed to advocating for all small businesses in Georgia – especially those in House District 160!
