We saw the twins grieve their first baby, Riley’s death. It was never ignored. Ava on the other hand was completely forgotten about on her 1 year anniversary by Adam to facilitate Connor’s OCD story and the ONS. Adam/Sally still have never discussed their daughter’s passing. #YR
