We are mostly concerned about the meal (outcomes & objectives) of ministry, while the Lord is concerned about our level of hunger. Matthew 5:6 we all know well. “Blessed are those we hunger and thirst for righteousness for they shall be filled.”
The eternal reality 4 evry believer is the ministry of worship 2 the Lord. Rev 4&5 give us a glimpse into the dignity of the call to worship. On the day that all other forms of ministry cease 2 exists, we will join the sea of voices gathered round his throne worshipping forever!
Worship leaders: So you wanna "make Jesus famous," huh? Well, He was hated and His name is still a rock of offense. So don't expect popularity in the name of Jesus.
To hold ANY position on a worship team is to be a worship leader. Worship leading is ultimately this: SERVING the body of Christ. The platform is NOT primarily the opportunity to showcase our skill, but to serve God’s people with the song and sound of Heaven.
If you find yourself in a seeming constant battle, remember God isn't trying to hurt you, He's trying to KILL you.

There is a thirst inside your heart only Jesus can fill. There is a thirst inside His heart only you can fill. The lesson: When we satisfy HIS thirst, it is impossible for our thirsts to NOT be satisfied. Are you satisfying Him or pacifying Him?
