Another example of efficiency. They check the amount is pending in their system. Who has to fix the system? @Lazy_Pay will they fix it? Clearly no. They had a year and a half a do it.

And of course never used the product since. Have shared details and bank statement with them, yet here they are literally everyday. Someone help me on how can I sue them at this point?
