Any electronic product benefits from tech improvements , but requires there be no component or other scarcity. (See critical minerals risk, memory and GPUs scarcity, forcing up pricing )
Housing - government can make it worse for sure, by introducing artificial scarcity. But we aren’t making any new land, we are exporting home buyers, and we aren’t making enough babies Builders require growth. When there is population scarcity, they stop building.
Education and Healthcare both require some level of hands on, human delivered, personalization, and customization. Which, as any investor will tell you, is far harder to scale profitably. That said, both suffer from individuals who try to extract as much as they can for personal gain, and use regulatory capture to capture to exclude those who would create more value for less cost.
