Had a notification that @ecology_chris was speaking at the 12 week year session yesterday, managed to ask a quick question and @LawrenceDCodes was gracious enough to stay late and answer it & ordered the book all in the space of an hour. Book arrives later today and work starts!

Cutting edge technology or good basic tech? Which is it the NHS needs?
Both but basic tech needs to be prioritised before cutting edge tech can be used most effectively.
I’m doing some digging into the topic of digital exclusion and really grateful for the excellent work of @GoodThingsFdn and @TheKingsFund and advocates like @publicvoiceuk but I am struggling to see if we are also looking at digital exclusion of staff within social care & NHS 1/2

A bit of a personal thread 🧵: so back in 2016/17 whilst working for @SatAppsCatapult I had the privilege of being introduced to @CorpHealthInt and their work on colon capsule endoscopy (starting here: youtube.com/watch?v=3ao8-WOC… and I was almost immediately hooked 1/n
