since february, i have been unemployed.
has it been messy? 100%
has it been hard? 100%
i'd argue this year was my toughest year yet.
at the same time however, i'm grateful for many things.
i got a supportive circle of family and friends.
i have a partner who'll go to hell and back with me.
i have a roof over my head and food on the table.
i can literally do whatever i want every day.
it's not the circumstances that define someone, but its their attitude and response that defines them.
galileo is one of the top growing creators on X.
so i used BrandOS to give me a full breakdown of his brand.
here's what i found ⇲
1) what's working
galileo walks his audience through his experiences, the positions, the results. he leads with receipts.
Whop, Phantom, his own trades.
brands look for proof-of-evidence, not a yapper.
he has three lanes, and he stays in them:
→ crypto trading + market analysis
→ personal brand + creator monetization
→ strategic partnerships
they feed each other.
that's why Define is his highest score: 78/100.
and people show up. 5.5% engagement, above the norm for an account his size. nearly half his posts carry media.
his audience have something to interact with besides text. that's what establishes a connection.
2) what would take him further
reach.
people engage, but they don't pass him on: about 1.9 reposts per post.
the fix isn't more posts. it's lines worth quoting.
one sharp take people want to put their name next to.
(exp. Brick by Brick)
the other lever is fewer, sharper posts.
he posts about 6.6 times a day.
BrandOS suggests 3–4, rotating his three lanes: trading one day, brand + monetization the next, partnerships after. same voice, more weight per post.
3) where he's headed
he's announced a free community.
give it a real curriculum (client acquisition + trading conviction) and followers become members.
pair it with a weekly "market conviction" series, his positions and sizing in the open, and you're watching a creator become an institution.
-- how to apply this to your account --
1. post the result before the opinion
2. pick 3 lanes and stay in them
3. write one line a week people would repost with their name on it
whose brand should i breakdown next?

yesterday, my team and i had the opportunity to setup our matcha vendor at the Grand Central Station in LA.
the best news? we made over $1k in sales.
craziest part is that we’ve only been operating for 3 months, but to have reached this far already is insane to me.
my goal for the rest of this year is simple:
plant the right seeds.
so that in the next few years, we can reap our harvest and grow them again.
couldn’t be more excited.
i’m embarking on probably one of the busiest phases of my life.
i’m essentially working on two brands IRL:
• Rume Bottega - a social & culture lifestyle brand, but i’m focused on brand strategy and event curation.
• AMU Matcha - my brother-in-law’s matcha business whom i’m also helping with content and brand strategy.
then, on the digital side of things, i’m locked in on my own personal brand and building BrandOS into a full fledged business.
some days, i feel like i got this. other days (like yesterday) i feel like quitting and questioning my own life.
but i remind myself these are good problems to have and others would love to be in my spot.
i hope my journey continues to inspire those around me to never stop chasing after their dreams.
my ai branding stack: 4 models, 5 tools, 1 founder.
i built all of BrandOS with it.
no design team, no dev team.
here's what each one does, and what i learned picking them.
[bookmark this, so you can use it for later]
the models
• Claude Opus builds everything.
every page, every API route, every migration plan. i run it through Claude Code and treat it like a senior engineer i review, not a vending machine. the product exists because of this one.
• inside BrandOS, two models do the reading.
Gemini Flash scans the account. Claude Sonnet turns that into the read: your archetype, what's on-brand, what to post next. one is fast at seeing. the other is good at saying what it means.
• GPT Image 2.5 (via Higgsfield) makes the art.
the trick is approving one image and using it as the style reference for everything after it. variations are edits of that image, not new prompts. that's how a whole set ends up looking like one world.
the tools
→ Claude Code: where Opus does the building
→ Higgsfield: where the image models run
→ Tesseract: motion graphics + video edits
→ Remotion: launch videos, written as code
→ Motion+: the small animations that make the product feel alive
what i actually learned
AI has enabled anyone to build anything, therefore i believe the strongest indicator of uniqueness comes down to how well the builder (me) understands their user (you guys).
it's why i spend so much time with the UX/UI because I care so much about each and every step of what the user sees. call me crazy, but i think that's how you win on top of strong distribution and marketing.
if you're building something similar, share it with me here in the comments and let's exchange feedback!
the best x accounts have a recognizable intellectual or emotional signature that is undeniable. & when you pair that with a brand element, it is pure compounding super powers because they’ve activated & occupied a very valuable piece of real estate in someone’s mind. like occupying a prime manhattan address.
Using the style of reference images 1 and 2, create a heroic chest-up portrait of [ORIGINAL CHARACTER: species or type, armor or body materials, signature gear, and facial features].
Style: polished chrome and liquid-metal surfaces with sharp, high-contrast specular highlights and reflective curves that bend around the form. Cool cyan, steel-blue, and deep navy palette, with small red-orange accent reflections on edges. Clean anime-style linework with smooth, flowing contours and minimal texture beyond the reflections. Add a few star-shaped sparkle glints on the highlights, and a subtle film grain for a slightly retro print feel.
Framing: tight crop from the chest and shoulders up to the top of the head, with the head turned in a three-quarter or profile angle. Keep the figure's silhouette bold and sculptural.
Background: solid near-black, or a dark blue gradient fading into the edges, so the chrome catches the light.
Render the details sharply: panel seams, engraved markings, and reflective armor edges. No text, logos, or watermarks.
In 5 years, I've worked with over 20+ agencies.
Some ghosted me.
Others used me.
But, a select few have truly shown mutual respect and have relentless poured opportunities into my cup.
One of them being @surgence_io
I used to hop on spaces at 2AM with @ruthybuilds talking about personal branding, content creation, and crypto marketing for hours.
I'll never forget those times because that was when we were all in the come up of our own journeys.
Fast forward to today, the landscape has shifted and evolved. Newer creators, different topics, some people we knew left and never came back.
All this to say that I'm glad I stood true to those that were also in the same boat as me.
Thank you to the Surgence team for including me in the top 50 creators to look out for in 2027.
We keep it pushing, Brick by Brick 🧱

quick story time:
6 months ago, i met a stranger (who's now a close friend) over some casual pickleball.
after talking for a while, he started inviting my fiance and i out to go out to local events and parties.
and so we went with him.
turns out at these events, i'd come across old DJ friends that i was close with a few years ago.
after many outtings, i started having ideas and concepts to host my own events, but make it different from what people are attending nowadays.
i was also in the middle of figuring out what i wanted to do with my brand on X, so this was a good outlet to pause and explore new grounds.
then it hit me:
"what if i applied everything i learned about community building in crypto to my interests around DJing and event hosting?"
then 3 days ago, we did just that.
we brought people together. sold my friend's merch. sold my friend's matcha drinks. i put some of my DJ friends on to play their first set.
the result?
a brand new community forming around our vision.
i couldn't be more excited for this new chapter in my life.
i'm creatively fulfilled, i got my loved ones around me.
how can this get any better?
building a personal brand sounds boring & ugly until you start making 5-figs/mo.
then suddenly, everyone takes it seriously.
if you’re 1 year in, you’re probably not there yet.
if you’re 3 years in, you’re probably seeing 4-fig months.
if you’re 6 months - 1+ years in, you’re probably insanely close.
the point? those that can outlast the short dopamine wins will sooner experience the long term rewards.
keep going, brick by brick.
