Dr Monique Ryan rips the Ginger Whinger a new one. “She’s been in the public space for 30 years & she hasn’t changed” Dr Ryan did not hold back on describing Pauline Hanson and her destructive ways. #afternoonbriefing #auspol @PaulineHansonOz @abcnews

Every word of this!
Elon Musk is without a doubt the most grotesque example of extreme wealth being mistaken for virtuous genius that I’ve ever seen, no contest. A dude whose business empire has had the exceptional luxury of upwards of $38 BILLlON in government contracts, loans, subsidies, and tax credits that lectures us on government waste, fraud, and abuse. He takes a literal fucking chainsaw to government aid, while hundreds of thousands die from the lack of access, and simultaneously engorges himself at the public pig trough of endless money. He then takes the grift cash to buy elections, outright rig them, gains extraordinary access to the backrooms and convinces panting sycophants that he’s “fighting the establishment.” He IS the establishment. Years and years of missed deadlines, self driving promises just around the corner. Spectacular theatrical marketing presentations presented as new technology, with an army of ball riding zombies to explain why his latest failure is actually evidence of 5D chess wizardry. All in line to be the friend he doesn’t have. He was emailing Epstein to find about the “wildest parties” on child rape island, and you people still clamber. Speaking of mouth breathing followers, the cult surrounding him is even more disturbingly dangerous. Every glaring contradiction becomes an insult worthy misunderstanding. Every dumb comment is a masterpiece. Every legitimate totally fair criticism becomes proof that the questioner is stupid, jealous, or secretly working against humanity itself. It’s so blatantly a cult. At what point does this bizarre admiration become deliberately and completely giving up independent thought? You can acknowledge the success of his companies and the remarkable engineering feats without cosplaying that he’s some infallible prophet. And give his employees some credit. He’s a trillionaire with huge political influence, a pretty pathetic appetite for public attention indicative of someone that’s insecure, and a documented history of promise after promise that he doesn’t deliver on. Please, don’t confuse money with intelligence. They rarely go hand in hand. Also, realize that proximity to great power is not synonymous with moral authority. The truth is historically the opposite. And for fucks sake, stop worshipping people who wouldn’t piss on you if you were on fire.

Monique Ryan nails everything wrong with One Nation and the media that gives PHON some sense of relevance, integrity and credibility. Ian
Absolute fire here from Monique Ryan: “She is a negative force in Australian politics.” For decades Pauline Hanson has been platformed and legitimised despite the racism, bigotry and division. If you’re going to give her the platform and the reach, then hold her to account.

Let me repeat: I want him gone, his family gone, and that fucking name erased from the news cycle. I’m sick of seeing him, hearing him, hearing ABOUT him. I’ve never hated anyone like this malignant orange motherfucker. The day he finally croaks, the world will fucking celebrate.

The great idiot in the red cap has made the impossible possible. Republican former President George W. Bush is campaigning for a Democrat in Texas.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
George W. Bush has not campaigned for or endorsed Democrat James Talarico in Texas. His brother Neil Bush voted for Talarico and his daughter Barbara Bush donated to a supporting PAC. nytimes.com/2026/10/21/us/… bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

I just watched a video of Jess Wilson’s last attendance at the Kew state candidate forum in 2022. The policy she presented at that time is totally unrecognizable from what she’s offering her Kew electorate, and the state. No wonder she was too afraid to show up this week. I’ve clipped her intro speech here. Full video on YouTube.
Such a bad move from Wilson. You can only be Premier if you ensure you listen to your own electorate and win your own bloody seat. Kew was held on a 4% margin in 2022. This is the only candidate forum in the area, which Wilson attended in 2022. Ask Frydenberg what happens when you ignore your own electorate.

Karvelas didn’t like it, & no doubt Speers is cringing? But Monique Ryan hit it on the head, “the media have to stop giving Hanson air”! & as usual, just like Zali Steggall, it takes a woman to have the balls to call the media out! @AustralianLabor @abcnews 😇😇😇

#vicpol - vote for Jess the ghost- and get Kennett and Frydenberg driving the next LNP selloff. Don't risk it #springst
Liberals destroyed Victoria under Kennett and they’ll destroy it again. Stop the bullshit and tell us the truth about One Nation ahead. Your candidate let the cat out of the bag and no, it wasn’t a mistake. #auspol Vile Liberals.

Jess Wilson is simply not qualified to run Victoria Inexperienced
Experience??? #JessWilson has not even completed a full parliamentary term yet. Prior to politics she worked for Josh Frydenberg and the BCA. She's never had a real job in her life, and went to cossetted private school before that. FMD! #auspol #springst

Congratulations to my friend @LulaOficial on his electoral victory. Democracy and multilateralism have won in Brazil. Europe’s partnership with Brazil is thriving. We will remain by your side for the years to come. Together we will keep working closely for free and open trade. A rules-based global order. And strong ambitions for our climate.
