And so I was attacked for two years by MAGA influencers for being right.

We're at a turning point in Western culture.
People have recognized the narratives of the 20th century were largely false.
As a result, many of the narratives that find purchase in the next decade will be of extreme consequence.
Here are five maxims I offer into the zeitgeist with the hope that we can increase the honesty and good faith in the conversations of the 21st century:
1) Ethnic ingroup preference is either immoral for all or it is permissible for all.
2) Preserving an ethnic and cultural identity is either immoral for all nations or it is permissible for all nations.
3) Applying lower moral, academic, or legal standards to specific groups assumes their ethical, intellectual, or executive deficiency.
4) Accepting or celebrating self-destructive habits is either a form of hate or cowardice.
5) If you cannot be a gracious guest, you cannot expect a hospitable host.

You’re budgeting, holding off on vacations, going back to school as an adult, forgoing another child, downsizing, worrying about retirement etc.
Whereas these people get to skip All that, and immediately live your American dream all because democrats helped them steal millions of your hard earned money.
And they did so for votes.. so that they could do the same..
same shit happened in rome btw
roman elite mass imported slaves from conquered lands
roman citizen couldn't compete for work to raise a family and continue legacy
eventually there were no romans, and a lot of foreign slaves

Absolutely unreal. These people have no idea how the majority lives. Unsettling.

Every GOP strategist, consultant, and candidate should be forced to participate in a role-playing exercise this morning.
Your name is Bob. You’re a 49-year-old blue-collar worker in Ohio. You’ve always struggled to make ends meet. The good jobs were all shipped to China and the few remaining pay a pittance wage, undercut by endless illegal labor.
You’re a 3x Trump voter because you believed he would finally make America great again.
You put your son through Ohio State. He graduated cum laude in computer science. You couldn’t have been prouder. After months searching, he landed an entry-level job at Microsoft. Beneath his qualifications, but a good start for a smart kid.
Then he got laid off. That same month, Microsoft applied for 150,000 more H-1B visas because it can’t find qualified Americans.
Your son has spent six months back in his childhood bedroom, sending hundreds of applications without landing an interview.
On TV, Trump boasts about the greatest economy in history and how many women and minorities are finding jobs.
You decide a father-son steak night might cheer him up.
Gas is $4.50 a gallon. Filling your truck costs over $100. At Kroger, ribeyes are $30/lb. You settle for hamburger, even though 70/30 ground beef still costs $10+.
At checkout, a fat black woman is screaming at the cashier because her EBT will only cover most of the filet mignon and lobster in her cart.
You think to yourself how the Iran war has made everything expensive, but at least we’re stopping their nuclear bomb. You weren’t even sure where Iran was before you googled it after we first bombed them in March.
After dinner, you take your son to the county fair. Half the people aren’t speaking English. Virtually none of the crowd looks like you. You’re forced to leave early after a “teen takeover” turns violent. A foreign born judge pledges none of them will go to jail.
Back home, you turn on the TV. Vivek Ramaswamy is lecturing the crowd about American mediocrity and why Ohio needs more foreign talent.
Your son grows upset. You change the channel.
Now a Republican surrogate, the daughter of a governor or wife of an elderly billionaire, explains that young White men are the REAL welfare queens. They’d rather play videogames in their parents’ basements than work.
Your son says nothing. He just goes back to his childhood bedroom. You turn off the TV.
Then your neighbor starts blasting reggaeton and cracking open Modelos. He brought his cousin’s family from Mexico to help with all the minority-business contracts his construction firm keeps winning. Tonight they’re celebrating his nephew’s birth, the family’s first birthright American citizen.
You sit alone in your living room.
You worked hard, paid taxes, obeyed the law, and raised your son to do everything right. You voted Republican again and again because you believed somebody in Washington would finally fight for you.
Instead, your wages are stagnant. Groceries are unaffordable. Your community is unrecognizable. Your country is fighting another foreign war.
And upstairs, the son you sacrificed everything for is lying awake in the bedroom he slept in at twelve, wondering what the heck he’s even supposed to do with his life now.
Every time you turn on the TV, the Republicans you elected are either congratulating themselves or explaining why you and your son are the problem.
For ten years, they told you America’s future depended on your vote. Now you aren’t even sure America has a future worth defending.
The Republican Party needs to answer one simple question this morning:
You’ve spent a decade demanding Bob’s loyalty. You’ve given him stagnant wages, unaffordable groceries, another foreign war, and a son who did everything right but can’t find work.
And when they complain, you call them lazy, entitled, and racist.
What possible reason have you given Bob and his son to vote Republican? Do you honestly think you deserve their vote?

Trust me: the GOP party machine is pleased with these "election" results.
They betrayed all their campaign promises for a reason.
They wanted the Democrats to win.
Why? Because they don't take their orders from voters.
They raise more money from the donor class when they are out of power.

The Western left is driving civilization into a wall. Not out of malice. Out of comfort.
To understand how we got here, you have to go back to one man: Antonio Gramsci.
Gramsci was an Italian communist imprisoned by Mussolini. From his cell, he understood something Marx had missed: in the West, the revolution would never come from the factories. Workers were too attached to their culture, their religion, their family, their nation. To take power, you first had to take the culture. Schools, universities, media, art. He called it cultural hegemony. Win the minds before you win the ballot box.
Decades later, the left applied the method to the letter. What a German activist would later call the long march through the institutions.
But one intellectual weapon was still missing. It came from France.
In the 1970s, a generation of French thinkers, Foucault, Derrida, Deleuze, Lyotard, produced something both fascinating and toxic. Everything is a social construct. All truth is a power relationship. Grand narratives are dead. Reason itself is suspect.
It was brilliant. It was also a philosophy of decadence. A civilization that produces intellectuals whose job is to prove it has no value is a civilization that has begun to dissolve.
These ideas crossed the Atlantic. They were rebranded as French Theory on American campuses. And they mutated.
That mutation is wokism.
Wokism is deconstruction applied to everything. The world is no longer divided between true and false, but between oppressors and oppressed. Merit becomes privilege. Science becomes opinion. The West becomes the universal culprit. And anyone who objects is silenced.
This is where comfort comes in. These ideas cost nothing to the people who hold them. The tenured professor, the downtown executive, the Parisian columnist never bear the consequences of what they defend. They are luxury beliefs. You buy a clean conscience for free, and someone else pays the bill.
But an ideology of deconstruction can't build anything. It needs an electoral base. The working class had already left for the right. So the left went looking for a new people.
It found one in its alliance with political Islam.
In France, it has become visible. According to Ifop, 69% of Muslim voters backed Mélenchon in the first round of the 2022 presidential election. An openly embraced electoral strategy, built on indulgence toward Islamism in the name of fighting Islamophobia.
It's the most absurd alliance in political history. On one side, a left that defends feminism, LGBT rights, secularism and sexual freedom. On the other, an ideology that rejects every one of those values. They share only one thing: hatred of the West as it is.
How does it end?
History has already answered. In 1979, in Iran, the Iranian left, communists and Marxists included, allied with the Islamists to overthrow the Shah. They thought they were using Khomeini. A few years later, they were imprisoned, exiled or executed. The Islamists had used the left as a stepping stone, then eliminated it.
That's the blind spot of this whole structure. In an alliance between an ideology that doubts everything and an ideology that doubts nothing, the one that doubts nothing always wins.
The first victims of Islamism won't be conservatives. They'll be free women, gay people, atheists, artists, intellectuals. Exactly the people the left claims to protect.
They are sawing off the branch they're sitting on. And they don't even realize it.
Because comfort makes you blind. When you've never known scarcity, you think freedom is a natural state. It isn't. It was built, century after century, by a civilization that believed in reason, in truth, and in itself.
Deconstructing that civilization means deconstructing the only conditions under which the left itself can exist.
