Losing by 14 to a mid Oregon team with a backup QB meant that there were no mulligans left for Lincoln Riley. Not seeing a realistic pathway to recover from this horrific performance. I don't think this team is capable of winning out and that is what it would take.

USC should fire Lincoln Riley, full stop. I remain skeptical that they will (because of the buyout), but it’s what should happen short of winning out (which I don’t think is possible, because I eyes). Five years in and this team is so very far from contending.
