Hablo del paro y algunos vienen a darme cátedra que como negro tengo derechos gracias a las protestas sociales, y la verdad que sí! El tema es que mientras tú tienes a líderes como Tiban e Iza, mis negros tenían a Mandela, Malcolm x y Luther King. Hay una vida de diferencia.

Métanse bien esto en la cabeza: una empresa puede valorarte durante unos días, meses o años. Y es natural que uno, en ese proceso, se entregue, la defienda y hable bien de ella.
Pero, al final, para la mayoría de las empresas, uno es un trabajador más. Cuando realmente los necesites, difícilmente te van a respaldar.
Por eso, no entregues tu vida,ni tu salud, ni tiempo personal a una compañía. Cumple con tu trabajo, hazlo con cariño y responsabilidad, pero no olvides que el equilibrio está en poner límites.
