This is awesome. If you have a WhatsApp account for your business check it out. Perfect on your link in bio - you can connect your widget to add contacts and data to your Jetpack CRM install. A great use of @jetpack and @jetpackcrm to build your contact records off platforms via a WhatsApp widget, and giving you a direct message line to your contacts. The kicker? With this setup you can easily build up more data on your contacts and then build a website on top of your CRM too to further grow your business, no additional tools, no logging into a different website software. No BS. Check out César's post below, his widget is used by millions of local and small businesses worldwide - if these businesses do not have a website they can certainly get one started with @wordpressdotcom or @Pressable and integrate their widget with Jetpack CRM in a breeze. ❤️❤️❤️
