Obama said it himself in 2020: Make Washington DC and Puerto Rico states, and eliminate the filibuster if that’s what it takes. Elon is warning about the exact scenario Obama openly advocated for. If Democrats get full control of the House, Senate, and White House in 2028, this stops being talk ,it becomes reality. And the Senate stays locked in their favor permanently. Everything else is secondary. 51 Republican senators in 2029 is the only thing that stops this path.
