Well, my friends, I believe the time has come to say goodbye for now. My #ADHD has gotten me engaged in several compounding side projects that are fun and cool and still not done yet, which is starting to have real world consequences, +
Quick note: the projects I mentioned are mostly car repair and home renovation stuff, and I've made an Instagram account (@what_did_I_break_now) for posting random progress updates and such. If you're remotely curious what I'm getting myself into, feel free to wander over.

This isn't forever and I'm not closing my account or anything, just need to stay off the bird app for likely a good several months or so until I get things squared away. After tonight I'll take the app off my phone so I don't have such easy, ready access. +

Yesterday, a friend said, "The gospel is the good news about being loved and not the good news about being right" and it's taken me about 24 hours to think about that to the point where I'm ready to share it here.
In retrospect, it may actually be even more impressive that after I got back home from my test drive and milkshake, I *put my tools away* instead of leaving them in a pile on the workbench. 😳🤔 #ADHD
Kind of like a whirring sound, like if you took big knobby tires out on the highway. And after testing a few things, I decided it was probably the wheel bearings.
So this morning I stopped by the car parts place and got what I needed, and got to work.
