PSA: SAFE Notes are parri passu and not senior to preferred equity liquidation preference. Many people assume they are senior since “it’s a note.” This hasn’t been super relevant for a decade, but it is starting to matter as weaker companies look for exits.
This has been a big time saver for us at @OriginVentures. It pulls decisions out of Slack, preventing them from being scrolled to oblivion and people don't weigh in. We've converted meetings into Hoops = big time savings.

Came across this article this morning from @BillMurphyJr from the Understandably newsletter I read each morning (make sure to subscribe, it's one of my favorites!).
