Varios stablecoins.
Orgulloso del equipo 🙌
Ya en la app.

Replying to @WSJ
@WSJ Today pointed out the necessity of insurance engagement with new technologies (specifically AI/LLMs) as a market-based policing function.
I've long held this view as applied to the Bitcoin/crypto industry.
Common-sense proposals like this can mitigate over-regulation.
Resolvr Co-founder @wadaniel demonstrates how market-driven approaches, grounded in insurers' practical understanding, can lead to more effective regulations.

“Multi-signature” sounds like the four-eyes rule, the oldest control in banking.
But four approvals produced by four copies of the same code are one approval.
Men fail independently. Machines running identical code fail identically.

You don't fix a broken financial system. You build a better one. ⚡
@vojtajina and I have spent years talking Bitcoin, AI, open systems, and what it would take to actually change how money works.
Now we get to build it together. 🔥 Excited to welcome Vojta as our new CTO at @Paystand!
Vojta has spent his career building technology that changes how the world works.
AngularJS and Karma at Google. Privacy-preserving cryptography at Apple. AI startup founder. All while running Lightning nodes and organizing local Bitcoin meetups.
But it's not just the tech. We share a bigger conviction: AI is changing everything, and the money underneath it needs to be open, free, and fair.
That's what we're building at Paystand. Bringing AI and Bitcoin together to rethink B2B finance with USDb, our agentic stablecoin built on BTC rails.
Big things ahead. Welcome aboard, Vojta! 🚀

Global South banks can need $100M-$200M locked up in the US to move money globally🌎
It's 2026, yet interbank rails still front money like it's 1900
Great chat w/@PoweredbyIBEX on how BTC Lightning changes that, from powering 🇸🇻BTC rollout to bringing those rails to LATAM FIs⚡
El Salvador did something no country had done before: put Bitcoin to the test at national scale. 🇸🇻₿
Behind that rollout was @PoweredbyIBEX helping power the Lightning infrastructure that onboarded millions. ⚡
Now, they’re building what comes next.

There was no playbook for bringing Bitcoin to millions of people - but we did it at @PoweredbyIBEX
We sat down with @jeremyalmond on @ReDeFined_talks to talk about our learnings, and where Bitcoin infrastructure goes from here.

1/ $300B in stablecoins in circulation. 90% built for retail traders. 0% built for enterprise🤯
Today, @paystand launches USDb, @TheBitcoinConf. The only BTC-aligned stablecoin, purpose-built for the $100T B2B economy
USDb = Business. Bots. BTC. 🧵👇🏾

Empresarios: ¿Hasta cuándo van a seguir agachados? Guardar silencio ante el atraco fiscal los hace cómplices del asfixio a la IP. Dejen de hacerse pendejos; defender el ingreso de sus trabajadores es defender su propio futuro.

There's a project generating a lot of buzz recently in Mexico: the White Paper House (@whitepaper_H) and Citadel, which @inahcitadel is building with his mom, Mercedes, in Mérida, Yucatán. 🇲🇽
I had the chance to sit down with him at La Casa de Satoshi to discuss all the challenges it entails from a legal and logistical perspective.
We also discussed the challenges of orange-pilling remote communities in Mexico and how you need to adapt your Bitcoin teachings to local culture, specifically indigenous and unbanked communities.

Top tier firms aren’t enough to usher in a revolution. If so, the “revolution” in itself is a concern or just entirely artificial. If a venture investment is validation for society to engage and businesses to partner, then VC’s are the gatekeepers of innovation and the gatekeepers have long been compromised.
I feel for the web3 space. Met some of the smartest people I know in it. It’s a “what could have been” scenario. Ideally it comes back.
The tech has the ability to create new ways of life for us all, restructure the way we work and register/create value. A tokenized world has tremendous value but nobody needed a 1000x return on the Industrial Revolution before the machines we built even started servicing others.
It’s the backend/OS a ‘responsible’ society needed to stick it to the old guard and usher in an era of prosperity. But we took a good thing and ruined it (very on brand for the 21st century human)
Greed took us back many years instead of the tech taking us forward.
The meme coin facade is just another extraction opportunity. Every influencer, many ceos, most central exchanges adopted the grift and everyone’s intentions are clearly out of line. Everyone is smart enough to know better but instead choose to play dumb to play regulators who don’t know any better themselves.
The “dip” comes warranted
I believe Apple just lost. The UK is accelerating the move to self-hosted environments. Oh well, silver linings.

The Lightning ⚡ Network is turning Bitcoin into everyday money, and I’m proud that @osmowallet is leading this revolution in Guatemala as the country’s No.1 Lightning wallet. 🚀
At OSMO, we’ve seen over 14,900% growth in Lightning payments over the last two years—proof that Bitcoin is no longer just digital gold; it’s powering real-world transactions every single day. 🌍⚡
Huge thanks to the @Breez_Tech and @1A1zBTC teams for this excellent report showcasing the impact of Lightning ⚡️ and for including OSMO.
It’s remarkable that over 650M people now have access to Lightning payments (as a comparison PayPal has 430M users) — this is financial transformation at a global scale. 🙌
Bitcoin isn’t “just” digital gold, it’s an everyday currency 💥
