La dopamina es la sustancia que te motiva a hacer algo.
Le dice al cerebro que hay que hacer para sobrevivir.
Entre más placer rápido le das, más te pide. Porque empieza a confundir esas actividades con sobrevivir.
El secreto está en buscar placer que requiera esfuerzo (correr, resolver un problema).
Así te volverás adicto a los desafíos.
Date cuenta que vivimos en un mundo creado por elementos creados en estrellas de otras galaxias, que viajaron miles de millones de años para que existiéramos.
Este 2025 deja de resistir y haz lo que tengas que hacer con entrega total; del resto el universo se encargará.

Today OpenAI announced o3, its next-gen reasoning model. We've worked with OpenAI to test it on ARC-AGI, and we believe it represents a significant breakthrough in getting AI to adapt to novel tasks.
It scores 75.7% on the semi-private eval in low-compute mode (for $20 per task in compute ) and 87.5% in high-compute mode (thousands of $ per task). It's very expensive, but it's not just brute -- these capabilities are new territory and they demand serious scientific attention.

Some. Don’t make this sound bad. IQ is hardware, merit is software. Nice to have super good hardware. But I suspect that even the highest archivers are underperforming their hardware by 50%. There is a lot more headroom for absolutely everyone who applies themselves

Nadie ha crecido estando cómodo. Si quieres crecer piensa cuantas conversaciones, momentos, o experiencias incómodas estás teniendo y luego auméntalas.

Tuvimos varias sesiones acerca del presente del AI. Un par de conclusiones:
- estamos viviendo momento COVID (donde pocos se dan cuenta magnitud del cambio que viene)
- el problema más grande para el talento es la falta de curiosidad y el ego de aferrarse a lo que estudiaron
- más que agentes la IA va a ser trabajadores remotos. Entre más remoto el trabajo más fácil de replicar con IA por ahora (por la digitalización).
- la única forma de aprender a usarlo es usándolo y construyendo.
