The goal for Penix is to develop. Development is never a straight line. Has some really good days. His worst days were vs the Bears and the Buccs. Would like to see more consistency with him taking time to read the field. Buccs kind of a throwaway because of the weather and because of how Anzalone had his number yesterday.

yeah but i will say there SHOULD have been a difference in play calling and gameplan this week given the conditions, i deadass think they were caught off guard by it but yeah maybe im too optimistic on penix cause him being good makes building this team so much easier but damn
He’s just inconsistent and not saying you do it but ppl like to try to absolve him of slander and try to put blame solely on Rees gameplan or solely on the OL. There hasn’t been much of a difference in Rees playcalling from last week to this week other than execution. Last week he made the checkdowns and intermediate passes this week he didn’t
