Samsung Electronics is withdrawing from the Hong Kong market, after earlier withdrawing from the mainland market. Samsung’s online store in HK has suspended all sales of retail goods like refrigerators, washing machines etc. youtu.be/sbTB1tU-Oqw?si=EZMv…

Reading the article, there doesn’t seem to be any hints about accountability, what a surprise

Damn. I'm in HK and this video made me nostalgic for the 90s
인스타 홍콩피드 다 이노래로 도배됨 앞으로 홍콩 대표노래될듯 youtube.com/watch?v=YBhL2a7C…

Microsoft wants AI to replace tens of thousands of workers, but Outlook still acts like finding an email you received an hour ago is an archaeological expedition. Maybe get the basics working before you automate everybody out of a job.

A few weeks ago @Autodesk sent us a license audit. Within 24 hours, we had our own BIM tool running. 1.5 million views later, we want to open source it. But an MEP firm can't build architecture, structural, fire, and civil the way you need them built. If we get real commitments from people in each of those disciplines, we'll do it. Contractors, trades, developers, investors, licensed professionals. If you're cracked and you know how buildings actually get funded, designed, built, and operated, you're a good fit. Honestly, a blend of background is ideal, but we need that specialized domain knowledge. We're not building another BIM tool. We're making the whole design process real-time and collaborative, across every discipline, and preparing the foundations of vibe coding for AEC. SaaS was never going to give us that. So we're building it. @PermitZIP plans to be prompting 100% of our drawings into existence by Q2 2027. We're a small business, but we've been building our own software since 2021. Founding contributors get a look under the hood at how we wired it all up. Help build the tools, and you and your firm get there with us. If enough of you raise your hand, we'll open a private registration for founding contributors. Interested? Reply below. @Autodesk, want in? Could actually be fun!

Well, the gov post 1997, created the confusion in the first place by passing the ‘Competition Ordinance’ (2012) a civil matter from the established British common law, Crimes Ordinance (Cap 200) &the Prevention of Bribery Ordinance(201) that could chuck you in jail. Big mistake.
