Thinking out loud here, so forgive me if this thought is not fully fleshed out. In most cases, our job doesn't pay you for the value *you* provide. Instead, they are paying you for the value your role provides. Don't only increase your value, also increase your role's value.

Why does Mobile Safari have a tab limit? At most, this is ~8K per tab to store the URL. The limit should be in the thousands, not 500.
