It seems wrong for a candidate for governor, or any office for that matter, to send campaign fundraising mail to local government offices. One of these was in the Council Office mailbox of every Metro Council Member.
Ahh! April 1st...the only day of the year where people critically evaluate things they read on the internet before accepting them as true.

Thank you Honorable District 31 Councilman @johnlrutherford for your generous sponsorship to support this event for our Children and their families. We sincerely thank you and look forward to seeing you on stage again this year! 🤍🩷💛💚💙💜🪁
I'm not a fan of Bad Bunny, but I have nothing against him. My favorite part of his halftime show was my 14 year old son, who has studied Spanish for years, watching with me, translating what he could. The only thing more powerful than hate is love. Education overcomes ignorance.

The Titans can't figure out how to cover the punts of their star punter and their solution is the get rid of the record setting punter?
Speaker Johnson ordered flags at the US Capitol to full-staff for inauguration day, interrupting the 30-day half-staff mourning period for President Jimmy Carter. Gov. Lee ordered flags at the TN State Capitol to full-staff. I fully expect Metro flags to remain at half-staff.
TN 5th District U.S. Rep. Andy Ogles has introduced the "Make Greenland Great Again Act," which supports US acquisition of Greenland from Denmark. What an embarrassment.

If LPRs are dead in Nashville, as many are speculating following tonight's Fusus vote, I am reminded of this story from Aug last year. @WilliamLamberth told me the legislature could reconsider whether LPRs are a local decision:
