Out today! The second single from A Cambridge Christmas is Matthew Owens’ arrangement of The Holly and the Ivy. Listen out for the woodwind dancing merrily above the melody – like little Christmas elves! lnk.to/HollyAndIvy

Here’s a little something from my new album. I composed "Was I the lamb?" for @MertonCollChoir. The carol having received an Oxford performance, I thought it only fair that it should receive a Cambridge recording. Here it's sung by The Cambridge Singers: lnk.to/WasITheLamb

What a wonderful weekend at the @charleswoodFestival in Armagh. A highlight was the unveiling of a beautiful new bust of Charles Wood, sculpted by Naomi Sander of Studio Sander and Sander — a lasting tribute marking 100 years since Wood's death and celebrating his musical legacy.

35 years ago, Magnificat was published. How can that be? Time has certainly flown! If you'd like to revisit it—or hear it for the first time—you can listen on your favourite platform. buff.ly/K3MBVfG

Various recorded albums, supposedly by me, have just appeared on streaming platforms and download sites. These are fakes, created via AI by criminals. DO NOT buy/stream them or any tracks from them. We are taking all possible steps to have them taken down. JR

Choral music is wonderfully participatory. The thing that strikes me most strongly when I go around the country for Come and Sing days is how people feel in some way lifted up and their troubles have gone. They just feel more whole, somehow more complete... JR

We’re really enjoying our trail camera. It's amazing to see just how much wildlife activity there is at 5am and to get a glimpse of the world waking up before sunrise. There are more wildlife photos to share with you all soon!

I was useless at sport. One of the nicest things about singing in a choir was that I could still contribute to a team effort, even though it wasn't on the football field. JR Good luck to the teams!
