When looking strictly at formal degrees, a doctoral degree represents the highest tier of education recognized globally. Statistically, less than 1% to 2% of the global adult population holds a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree, placing him at the absolute peak of measurable academic achievement.
If Canada drops all Dairy tarrifs. The U.S. government subsidizes its dairy farmers and Canada removes all tariffs, Canadian consumers would essentially be getting a "better deal" funded by American taxpayers.
