I get upset when the team I’m rooting for in the #WorldSeries does poorly. But then I recall 1982, 2006, and 2011, and everything is quickly okay. #STLCards

The broadcast is amazed in the 2nd inning (at least I think it’s the 2nd inning. There’s no score bug in 1982) that Tommy Herr wears a shinguard just above his shoe. Can you imagine such a thing? A shinguard!
