.@joinkaizen just crossed a major milestone: 1,000,000 workflows automated.
That represents over 4 million browser minutes — roughly 70,000+ hours, or more than 8 years of operational work automated on Kaizen.
Btw, @joinkaizen created this image for me!

But have you tried selling B2B SaaS over Carbone?

WARP SPEED: EPISODE 7 - starring Ken Acquah & Michael, Co-founders of Kaizen @michael_silver @aquariusacquah
0.5% of the world population knows how to program. The vast majority can't build automations. Kaizen changes that.
Ken and Michael are building @joinkaizen into an AI-powered browser automation platform. YC-backed. $4M raised from @8vc, Jeff Dean, and @ycombinator
The problem: 99% of applications on the web aren't accessible via API. No easy integration path. If you're in healthcare and want to automate work across your EMR, or in logistics with your TMS - it used to take weeks or months. With Kaizen, it takes minutes.
"It's like training an employee to complete a task. We're democratizing that capability to people who previously couldn't build automations."
The industry is called RPA. It's existed for years - but only for large enterprises paying millions to consultants for six-month projects. The big competitors? 70% of their revenue comes from consultants deploying the software because it's too hard to use.
Kaizen customers build automations themselves. One automation becomes five in an afternoon. Then ten.
On choosing vendors: "We're an AI native company. There's so much pressure to move fast - revenue, product roadmap, customer growth. The vendors we use need to be at that speed. Warp speed." @joinwarp
In this conversation:

(9:28) - AI native vendors vs legacy: "From the moment you sign on, you're in a Slack channel with the founder"
(10:15) - "We're moving so fast. Vendors need to move that fast too."
(10:35) - "I've used Gusto, Rippling, Justworks, Remote, Deel. Never used Warp - but heard great things."

. @MIT has always been at the forefront of innovation. This weekend at @HackMIT 2025 was no exception.
My observation? Everything's agents. The AI platform shift has opened the floodgates, and like in the dot-com and mobile eras, today's "Agent for X" is disrupting every industry.
The problem? Integrations are hard. I was bombarded by attendees interested in @joinkaizen. So I talked about one of my favorite customers, powering the front desk of a major casino in Las Vegas!
When the front desk gets a call, "Hey I need towels in room 13050," our customer's AI agent answers the phone with @Vapi_AI, @retellai, @usebland, or @phonic_co. The hard part? Inputting the request into the hotel's legacy system, to dispatch housekeeping.
Our customers use @joinkaizen to instantly integrate into websites without APIs. @joinkaizen clicks on buttons, fills out forms, and submits requests like a human. It's a busy hotel, servicing requests every few min, and @joinkaizen gets it right every single time.
Hospitality, Trucking, Healthcare, you name it — @joinkaizen is automating all repetitive work done on the computer.
Come say hi @HackMIT!
Organizing @HackMIT taught me many critical skills I use everyday as a founder.
I joined the team as soon I stepped on campus, and led the group for two years as director.
Without a doubt, @HackMIT is the entrepreneurial hub @MIT, producing an endless pipeline of startups, and a community that's carried onwards many years after graduating.
This weekend @joinkaizen returns as a sponsor with @ycombinator. It's an incredible feeling to give back and see the legacy continue.
If you're on campus this weekend, check out our booth!
