Thank you @TuckerCarlson for hosting me. I hope @POTUS sees this and frees all of the political prisoners of @DOJRR47 .
Civil rights lawyer Jonathan Gross took a job at Trump’s DOJ hoping to stop the weaponization of government. I bet you a dollar that people who allow this got to kick back and we're co-conspirators. They must be investigated and charged if so. Our government employees above the law? The politicians? Are any politicians involved and getting kickbacks? Look what's happening in Minnesota.

These posts from @AAGDhillon and @JudgeJeanine are completely tone deaf. We don't care about your knitting, your garden, your workouts, your gourmet cooking, or your dogs. This is worse than "let them eat cake." This is "watch me eat cake, peasant."
Why haven’t you rescued Brian Cole Jr.?

According to this press release, 15 people managed to defraud the government out of 135 Million dollars. The bureaucrats who allowed that should be charged with criminal negligence, and there should be an immediate emergency shut down of these programs until a full independent investigation and audit is conducted and the public is told what the hell is going on. It makes me wonder if any of the money from these programs actually goes to where its supposed to go.
🚨This takedown targeted fraud schemes preying on our most vulnerable, including substance abuse patients and a $135M scheme involving a chiropractor allegedly posing as a medical doctor to falsely diagnose arterial disease. READ: justice.gov/opa/pr/los-angel…

This week I requested FBI Director Kash Patel re-examine the January 6 pipe bomb case with a focus on the unlikely circumstances of the discovery of, and reaction to, the second pipe bomb. I first pointed this out to former FBI Director Wray in 2023.
Now that @RepThomasMassie has named the two @CapitolPolice plainclothes counter-surveillance officers who "found" the DNC pipe b0mb, it's time to remind you that they never "looked" for the device. They went straight to it, with complete foreknowledge of its location ... then stopped looking for more. The full video is attached. Also... USCP Special Agents Don Hankins and Ronald Ridgley, who both work for the intelligence division of the Capitol Police, have never been subjected to "under oath" transcribed interviews because of the obstructionism of @SpeakerJohnson, @JudiciaryGOP, and USCP general counsel Thomas 'Tad' DiBiase. The most dangerous enemy of democracy is the deep state FBI/DOJ, yet it is NEVER mentioned by our elected officials. The FBI/DOJ has affectively unlimited resources to hunt you down, and absolute immunity from charges of weaponization. They are accountable to nothing but the honor system, and these people are NOT honorable. There is enough exculpatory evidence in the Brian Cole Jr. case that a reasonable juror could find more than a reasonable doubt as to his guilt. From what I understand, all the FBI has is a grainy video that does not show his face, some cell phone data that shows he was in the general area, and some credit card receipts that show that -- at the very worst -- he could have built "A" bomb, NOT "THE" bomb. Against the government's case is @SteveBakerUSA 's showing that "the shoe don't fit" (so you must acquit), gait analysis (which is always rock solid science when the government uses it against YOU, but junk science when WE use it), and now actual evidence that they may have the wrong person. This, of course, is on top of the fact that his profile does not make any sense to place him as the pipe bomber. That is not to say that they don't have probable cause to arrest him and convince a grand jury to indict him -although that is getting harder to support by the day. But it does mean that they should not be holding him in the DC Gulag - which is not under investigation for civil and human rights violations - pretrial. He is not dangerous and not a flight risk. That should end the analysis. He should be sent home to his family immediately so he can properly meet with his lawyers and prepare for trial. There is absolutely zero justification to hold him. If he is held until trial, his trial should be declared a mistrial. There should be a rule that if the government holds you before trial, they can only prepare for trial for the same amount of time that you are given to prepare. @FreeBrianCole
How many Congressional candidates are talking about Brian Cole Jr? Any? I doubt Rep candidates are bc they won’t push back against Trump’s FBI and DOJ. So are Democrat candidates talking about freeing Brian Cole Jr? This should be a hot topic! It’s not partisan, it’s wrong!

This was the big announcement. We don't need a special law to arrest people who attempt to blow people up with bombs. This is a waste of civil rights resources. This should be handled by local police. If I was head of civil rights we would exclusively go after local and FEDERAL government for targeting American citizens. Yes. FEDERAL too. We would go after the DOJ/FBI and other agencies because the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT is the single greatest threat to individual civil rights without rival.
Today, along with @USAO_UT Melissa Holyoak, @CivilRights announced charges, including a hate crime, against a man who attempted to bomb a synagogue. If you target people of faith or houses of worship with violence, you will be caught & prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! justice.gov/opa/pr/utah-man-…

Read this and think about it critically. How much is the government paying for a psychotherapy session? Let's be generous and say the government pays $200/hr. $19M divided by $200 means these defendants billed for 95,000 hours. That's 3,958.33 days of Psychotherapy. 130 months. 10 years. So these defendants submitted to the government an entire decade of billable hours for fake psychotherapy sessions. The government actually paid them for 2 years of that. So what took so long for the government to figure out this scheme? Are there other people who should be held accountable, namely the bureaucrats who allowed this obvious fraud to persist? I can understand someone getting away with a few fake bills, but a decade of bills? And frankly, I am skeptical of the allegation on its face. This is pure propaganda. Just today I saw this and another press release for $18M. They are announcing tens of millions of fraud every day. They want us to think it means they are doing a great job. But it just shows how our government has been shoveling out our money through these inherently corrupt programs for generations.
🚨Health Care Fraud Indictment Based on the allegations in this indictment, these defendants caused the fraudulent submission of $19M in health care claims for nonexistent psychotherapy services. That allegedly resulted in $4.8M in fraudulent payments being made. Six defendants are now indicted and will answer these allegations in federal court. Great work by @NDILnews and partners.

With all the fighting back and forth between some of these accounts, it's wild that I'm followed by people on both sides. My only objective is to get the full truth of what the government did on J6 and to bring accountability so that it never happens again in America.

When I compared DOJ prosecutors to Nazis, NPR wrote a hit piece about me. Apparently calling people who throw innocent people in gulags and destroy lives are not to be compared to Nazis. That's disrespectful to the holocaust. But now I am told that a podcaster @TuckerCarlson is a Nazi and that's ok. In answer to this person's question, yes. If Hitler invited me on his podcast to call out Adolph Eichmann and bring attention to the Gestapo and the concentration camps, and if Hitler offered me a platform to articulate the crimes of the Nazis and to share the stories of their victims with millions of people, and if Hitler agreed with me and shared my passion for ending the crimes of the Nazis and wanted to give people in concentration camps hope that they are not forgotten - yeah, if Hitler did that I would probably accept his invitation to go on his podcast.

Who says that the COVID tests were "not needed?" In Trump's last press secretary's opening (and closing) press conference (another great hire) she boasted about how much money the DOJ has "recovered" from fraud arrests. These are not "recoveries." The 18 million in this case is gone. the "laboratory owner" in this press release has been destroyed. Bis business is probably shut down. All of his employees unemployed. He can no longer make a living. The downstream impacts of these arrests are enormous. His landlord lost a good tenant that paid the rent. His clients incur the costs of finding a new vendor. etc. etc. etc. The defendant is now a felon for life, probably also going to prison, so he will never work again. They will hit him with restitution, but he will never be able to pay it. He'll just be a destitute charity case for the rest of his life, and a burden to his family and community. The good news is Trump's press secretary can boast about all of the money the administration has "recovered." I am not saying we should allow fraud. I am saying: 1. these government programs giving out free money and paying for free services are obviously not working. They are either being mismanaged (negligently or nefariously) or they are structurally flawed from inception. We need an emergency pause to all of these programs, audit them, and hold the bureaucrats responsible. 2. White collar crime should be handled the Biblical way - as a civil matter. The people harmed - not the government - should have a civil cause of action to recover their money and even additional fines. But prison is not the answer. The victims would prefer the money spent on incarceration go to them instead.
$18M Medicare Fraud Scheme — Trial Conviction 📍A federal jury in Maryland convicted a laboratory owner yesterday for taking advantage of nursing homes that needed COVID-19 tests during the pandemic and fraudulently billing Medicare more than $18 million for testing that nursing home residents did not need, physicians did not order, and, in many cases, were never performed. 📍The defendant used the proceeds from his fraud scheme to fund a lavish lifestyle, purchasing, among other things, a $112,500 Porsche 911, and making $25,000 monthly mortgage payments on his Annapolis waterfront mansion (pictured below). This result was achieved due to the dedicated service of prosecutors from @DOJFraudDiv/@USAO_MD and agents from @FBI/@OIGatHHS.

Judges are mad that lawyers and pro se litigants are using AI. But whose fault is that? The judges have made the legal system so unnecessarily complicated that it takes hours to draft filings that shouldn't take more than minutes. This has made litigation completely unaffordable for regular people. So now AI has leveled the playing field and will have a substantial impact on the legal profession that we haven't even seen yet. But don't worry. They will come up with some trick to make it expensive again. We can't have the peasants accessing justice, can we?
