Quite frankly, ashamed. If this is materially true, it has destroyed our reputation. Regardless of any appeal, this is a total PR disaster. Will always support City but embarrassed at the moment about our credibility.

The idiocy already happening this season - including the appointment of Maresca who at best is second rate, along with our torpor in the transfer market - reminds me of watching City in the good old days of the 1980-90s 🥺

In today’s showing, I’d give Maresca till end of October at the latest. He was never going to be good enough and can only be a ‘filler’ at best before we appoint Kompany and (maybe) assisted by Fernandinho and Gundo.

Not wholly agreeing with you. Maresca played the players he had available in a real poor tactical set up. For example, Semenyo has been great pre-season on LW but that fact escaped him. I’m far from convinced by Maresca’s appointment - no tangible track record

Embarrassing and sickening to see this charade.

Poor. Kovacic not at the races but neither is O’Reilly. Donnarumma not exactly giving the back line any confidence to use an understatement.

Agreed that some of it is on the players in addition to the abysmal tactics but elite coaching staff also recognise when there are psychological gaps in esteem and do something about it, too.

Awful. Slow, ponderous and Phil running round like Bambi, alas.

Sorry but York deserves the automatic place! ⚽️

Last goal, yes; other 2 were defensive disasters due to weird set up. Worst of all, we’ve got to sit through this sh*t show for the second leg
Shocking. No explanation for the lack of streaming @footballontnt Try giving your subscribers @discoveryplusUK an explanation or refund for crashed streaming 😡

Not this time. Hard to take though that the brand of ‘football’ Arsenal play will win the league. At least when Liverpool won it you could appreciate the quality of their play.

Great analysis. One key factor for me that could at least address some of those issues: a real leader on the pitch which is totally lacking when we are pressured. Where is a Vinny/Ferna/Zaba these days?

It’s fine. Ticket is valid. Will get the bus.

Thanks. Yes, it is a Northern train but we have an open ticket. Assume we get off at Brighouse then?
Replying to @TPEassist
Trying to get to Huddersfield on 17.17 Wigan train. Said there was a replacement bus at Mirfield or Brighouse. Please can you advise?
