When does the ghost of Headingly begin to haunt these Australian players heads? Eight of the XI today were in Leeds that day. #bbccricket
SA believe. If this chase gets under 200 with 9 wickets remaining. Then the Aussie jitters will build and we could see Langer kicking a paper bin again #bbccricket Jonney in St Albans
Never have I ever been so excited for a BBC Today at the Test highlights package #BBCCricket
At what point do australia regret not starting a frontline spinner? JY7, London #BBCCricket

This is Incredible, at the Bank of Dave people are asking for loans for £150 to pay their energy bills and feed themselves. Were currently helping local food banks who are running out of essentials like milk!
& Energy giants are now revealing Record Profits!
How does that work?
George Bush to Bill Clinton, 1993. How far we have come. Humility, empathy and compassion go a long way. #USElections2020

Replying to @sophiedennis @MattAgileCoach
Slight difference is at this point, when I see a consultancy focus on how what they do is “design thinking”, rather than some other term (eg UX, user-centred design, human-centred design etc) it’s become a big red flag that their design process is going to be mostly theatre

Nearly out of the woods. It’s been tough but Melbourne is doing good. #COVID19Vic
Chuffed to have won a Good Design Award for our work to address the stubborn problem of #youthunemployment. Unfortunately, the gig economy isn't going anywhere, so finding a way to make it work for young people was a great challenge. Kudos @kirstyelderton & Ned. #gooddesignawards

If you have ever asked - what a service designer does? - then see for yourself. Last week I published a photo journal from a typical week in the life of a service designer at the @NousGroup.

A lovely summary.
Here’s to 2020. #servicedesign
I don't often take time to reflect - glad I did for this one - 2019 was a big year. Thanks to everyone in @NousGroup design. Special mentions to @sarahbell82 @JonathanYeates @fine_dan and all the others who sensibly avoid the socials :-)

When I die I’m going to donate my body to the Humanities. I don’t want some STEMlords poking around inside my organs. I would much rather have a bunch of English majors & MFA candidates just sort of have at it & do what they see fit with my corpse. Lord knows they have so little.

Great day today interviewing members of the City of Melbourne’s business community. Who knew laneways were such prised spaces for both pedestrians and waste. #ThinkDesign
