This blows. Such an outstanding group of creators, writers, crew & cast. So proud of & inspired by every one of those people - too many to name - who gave 110% every day to make the best show they could. Thank you for letting me play on your playground. It was joy. @cw_kungfu

The CW has canceled #KungFu, its reboot of the classic series, after three seasons. Kung Fu's studio Warner Bros. Television quietly explored other options for the series but was not able to find a new home for it, we hear bit.ly/41uJfzy

"Not a day went by where laughter wasn't had or in-jokes weren't made, or tea wasn't spilled" ~ @cw_kungfu's @jonprasida, in a tribute to the cast & crew on Instagram. I'll miss the show so much, but, even more, I'll miss how clearly #DirectorDick loved being a part of it ❤

WHY HAVE A TV WRITER ON SET? Since they already wrote the script (and rewrote it 8 times, and tweaked it after the table read)? Glad you asked, here's a thread.

Two years ago, #CWKungFu made history by becoming the first network drama to feature a predominantly Asian American cast. As the sagacious Pei-Ling once said, “The end is just the beginning.” Stream the first three seasons now on HBO Max! ❤️‍🔥
